Update review- 8/9/2024 I wanted to say I loved the bed and loved the process and the associates but what I didn't like was the whole situation with progressive leasing, I get denies the card so I was told this is another option, I get approved for twice the amount of My iteam thinking that's fine and was told I can do monthly payments of 200 instead of 149 biweekly due to my financial situation, once I left I call and find out I can't do that and it's 300 which was awful to find out from when I was in store and have been doing biweekly 149 and turns our instead of paying back the amount of my matters which was 1800 if I'm not wrong I had to pay back 3,000 because of leasing, I have had issues and I finally got to close it out but if you are looking to buy a mattress this is the place but you guys are not properly preparing your customers for the finical robbery progressive leasing is and the options sorry but made me so disappointed in my experience.

Matthew was great, from start to finish. I had a warranty claim from a posturepedic hybrid mattress. I did not want to go back to another one. We met with Matthew the 1st day at the Waterford Lakes location. Long story short, I was not prepared to spend any money. Anyways, Matthew showed us the mattresses, gave us our options, etc. I told Matthew, we would have to come back another after I thought about my financing options. He gave me his number to stay in touch. I came home and did some research. After researching, I told Matthew we would return in which we did the following week at the Waterford Oaks location. I knew exactly what type of mattress I wanted to see and how much I was going to spend. We got 2 memory foam pillows, 1 mattress protector, and the extra 10 year warranty. I spent exactly what I wanted to spend without telling Matthew, and that is because he was never pushy, he listened to my wants, and was 100% honest the entire time. FYI, I got a 14inch memory foam king sized mattress and I didn't have to use their financing option. Highly recommend Matthew. I would highly recommend this mattress firm location solely due to Timothy McDowell. He was recommended to me by a previous mattress firm employee who was also extremely helpful. Not only did Timothy help me pick out a mattress he advised me on the different ways we could finance the mattress, so I walked out that day with a brand new Tempur-Pedic with out even touching my wallet. Tim took his time with me to explain every benefit of each mattress , pillow , and even bed sheets. I can honestly thank him for the quality of sleep I am getting and also the piece of mind that comes with a great deal! I want to applaud Mattress Firm as well as encountering an employee like this in this day is rare so they are doing something correct with the hiring process. I have already referred a client back to Tim because he is just that great! Mattress Firm should be happy to have an employee like this on their side. Also his assistance didn't end there, I called him a few days after to ask a question in regards to delivery and he answered my questions no problem and even directed me to the tracking website so I can follow the delivery.
