To follow up on the response to the office for my review as I can't reply to their response lol

I appreciate the response, I would love a response to my email i sent your office. I want to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this.

My experience resulted in chemical burns and visible scarring, which I’m still trying to correct six weeks later. I disclosed my history of hyperpigmentation and brown skin, which requires additional care and caution in aesthetic treatments — something that was not acknowledged or proactively addressed.

The mention of sun exposure is misleading. For botox and filler avoiding sunlight is not typically part of post-treatment care. That advice only came after I experienced chemical burns and not because I failed to follow any post-care instructions.

While I acknowledge that products were overnighted to me, that was in response to the chemical burn I received from the treatment. Providing products does not justify what happened. If your team had reviewed the photos I sent consistently over the last six weeks, it would be clear that I was using the products as directed. Products can be a bridge to a solution — but they are NOT the solution and unfortunately, your team failed to follow through on the treatment plan that was promised.

For anyone who had a great experience, that’s wonderful — but if things go wrong, just know that how this situation was handled has been deeply disappointing and personally traumatizing. I've had a tip lift with Crystal and was so happy with the change in the lift of my nasal tip, I also have felt like I can breathe better since then. Before my visit to aesthetic lounge I went to a plastic surgeons office who didn't offer this service so I was happy to get it here and reasonably priced due to the conservative amount of units. In the two prf sessions I've had I've seen great improvement in dark circles.

Where they really shine is their follow up visits and concern for your progress during these visits. I had laser hair removal and suffered some burns in 2 out of my 4 or 5 visits with the second burn being the most severe. I let them know right away Alanna gave me instructions on what to do until I was able to be seen the next business day. At that visit Crystal made me feel reassured on the research they did to try and determine the cause as well as preventing from the future ( I will be stopping my sessions with that device type per my feelings and her expert recommendation). They really care about the integrity of their treatments and getting you results safely and conservatively. Very great medical staff and laser technicians from Isabella to Margarita, Teresa and Alanna. Always very patient with you and knowledgeable. Pay attention to warning signs and red flags! During my second appointment I was given excuses as to why I couldn’t be compensated for a botch job, it was horrific and instead of taking a professional approach of resolution or accountability, I was given a whole sob story as to the spa having “been robbed back in November” along with a few “disgruntled clients who cancelled their credit cards to avoid payment” as an excuse… Whattt??? Having a nursing degree in Gerontology (Study of geriatrics) and taking a quick course on injectables does not in anyway make a practitioner a “Master Injector”. Most people look great right after a filler application, but it takes a well educated and seasoned injector to KNOW what types of filler to use on various types of lips/facial tissue as well as HOW to inject properly, the final results of this craft appear after a few weeks/months when the filler has settled where it should be which is NOT having migrated halfway up your face. So many complaints from real client feedback and Crystal does everything possible to get it taken down or swept under the rug rather than do right by her clients.
