I would NOT recommend this place! We left our ATV there for 2 months to get the motor overhauled and it got left in the sun causing damage to the graphics. It ruined them and they had to be replaced. They repaired things that we didn’t ask them to repair and they didn’t ask us if we wanted them fixed. I didn’t mind that as much as the fact that they failed to tighten the tie rod end when they replaced the boot causing the tire to come off. We had to buy a new tie rod end because it stripped it out. When they overhauled the engine the wires for the injectors were placed on the motor and they burned. We had to have that replaced. When I picked up my ATV I noticed damaged to the tail gate. Thank God I took pictures of my side by side before and after because they didn’t want to fix it at first. I will never take anything back to them. They caused over $3,000.00 in damages by the time we had someone...
Read moreThey are a real chainsaw shop. They actually know what they’re talking about. I travel from over an hour away to do business with them, and it’s totally worth it! I tried all the Stihl shops near me multiple times and was just disappointed every time. But Rocky Mountain Supply continues to deliver time and time again. The most recent time I was in there, while they were being super helpful with all my questions, a crazy lady came in yelling about how they sold her a “string trimmer” when what she wanted was a “weed wacker” (which is a slang term for string trimmer) I don’t know how they kept a straight face with her, because I was about to die laughing. And I really don’t know how they kept a professional attitude with her, but they did, and they worked with her and I felt like they were way more than fair with the lady. It was impressive. I just enjoy doing business with these...
Read moreWill NOT return broken parts, don't waste your money here. They are overpriced and sketchy update* your salesman told me Honda would not give me my money back only teplace part. Hinda said is it fails testing they will offer a refund. I told you I can't get the machine to you and you can come to my house and test it to see it's broke. You want me to pay you gas, well how about paying me for having to go to your shop 2 times to prove the part is broke? When someone walks in and only knows they were sent in to get a part, maybe you should educate them on "this is an electrical part and no refund will be issued?" Not just tiny print at the bottom of the paper that you said was on there. Also you want me to bring in a mower that someone fixed and is now working, so you can take it apart to verify they part is...
