A replica of Christopher McCandless' "Magic Bus" used in the film Into The Wild is now located in the yard of the 49th State Brewing Company in the small town of Healy, Alaska, just 10 miles from the entrance of Denali National Park. Christopher McCandless was an adventurer who went by the pseudonym "Alexander Supertramp." McCandless traveled across North America in the early 1990s.

It is not the original!!!!! But it is nice to have a picture even it is a replica. Moreover the original bus was removed from the wild in June 2020 after 2 travelers drowned in the Teklanika River while trying to reach the bus, in 2010 and 2019. At least 15 others have had to be rescued while trying to retrace Mr. McCandless’s journey. @dromomaniagram

It's really sad what happened with this iconic bus replica. Playground for children completely destroying it, when their parents drinking fancy beer next to it.

Society, you crazy breed...

It made me cry behind my sunglasses.

Chris and his story is absolutely iconic for all travelers and explorers. I went all the way up here from Patagonia to be disappointed. Long live Chris thoughts.

I would please owners to made it more as memorial,...
