This is the only place open in the area for dinner. My family spent a week in Alaska, and this by far was the worst place we went to. The cafe portion makes you seat yourself, and then you just sit and wait for a server. When we finally got service 15 minutes later, we told him we were ready to order, and we were told, "When WE are ready, we will take your order." Three other parties left the restaurant because they were tired of waiting, and we later found out that many people order food from the pub to go and avoid the cafe side altogether. But honestly, just go to the grocery store across the street and get food there it will taste better and be far quicker...

Went into the bar to have dinner and drinks. Maybe play some pool as the wind was howling outside. The male bartender lacked any sense of customer service skills. He was short and rude. Could have cared less whether we ate or not. Served us our drinks. Threw the menus at us. Lit up a cigarette and ignored us. We finished our drink. Walked out and reported same to the manager.
