I ordered the Spicy stir fry with chicken but made the mistake of calling the stir-fry, "the sauteed spicy with chicken". I caught myself and repeated the "Spicy stir-fry with chicken". I received the chicken satay. All chicken in a spicy peanut sauce over rice. It was ok, but lacked any veggies as it should but I had been looking forward to some. It was disappointing to get dry crushed chili peppers as the heat in the dish instead of the usual fresh green chili peppers. The fried crispy veggies rolls were good with the filling mostly cabbage but not overdone and mushy. These came with a lightly spiced sweet and sour sauce. Service was good but prices are a bit high for a food truck style venue. The location being just 15 minutes from Denali park likely justifies their high prices and lack of fresh ingredients. We tried to have our dinner here twice. The first time we tried, we found that this place seemed to be a little run down and not a dine-in place even though we saw other people ordering, we steered away. The second day, on our way back to the hotel, we ordered our food from here. What a surprise it was. We were impressed with the service and food and regretted that we had not ordered food from here the day before.

The young man and lady took our orders of 4 patiently with smiles on their faces (we don't know Thai food much). After waiting in our car for about 10 minutes, the orders were ready.

The food were all prepared very well. The tastes were so very good. The quantities were just perfect if not more than what we can take.

You'd never expect amazing Thai food 50 feet from a gas station, but life is full of good surprises. A hardworking crew is making great Thai food that revivals any casual sit down restaurant. The woman taking orders is doing a lot of multitasking, so just kindly wave to grab her attention to order.
