Battery Source — Attraction in Albany

I have used Battery Source in Albany Georgia several times, without any complaints. It was not until my last visit that I felt compelled to write a review. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions that I may have. The prices are in line with the price checking I have done online, which means they are not adding much, if any mark-up to their products. The real star of this location is Daniel. After having some parts replaced on my cart by Battery Source Albany, getting it home, and riding it for a minute or so, it died and would not move. I called the store and Daniel asked if I could bring the battery up to the store and he would check it out. The battery was showing a different reading between the top and side posts, so Daniel gave me another battery to try. I put this new battery in and still had no power. Daniel came to my house and checked everything out for me. He was confident that a fuse was the issue and showed me the location of the damaged fuse. I bought a $10k Evolution 4-seater golf cart from Battery Source of Albany. It’s the on road version, so no lift-kit, no off-rode wheels. Mine’s low profile with the lithium battery and all the bells and whistles. Blue tooth with approx screen size of 8 to 10 inches. Two 5-1/2 inch speakers and lots of cup holders. We bought it to cruise the neighborhood, and it’s awesome for that! It worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then we loaded it on the trailer and took it cross town to visit family for the 4th of July. It worked fine at first, then the whole electrical system started turning off when the brake was pressed down. So, we learned to drive with no brakes very well for a couple days. My wife called Battery Source of Albany and they asks us to bring it in. By that afternoon, I was picking up my perfectly working Golf Cart. The battery on my car was stone dead when I pulled into the store. A staff member immediately came out, checked my vehicle, verified my battery was toast, and sent me inside to pay for the new battery. After I payed I watched the tech take care to place the battery back into a very tight position without damaging my car or my new battery.
