Brick Oven Pizzeria — Restaurant in Albany

We bought food from there that the workers made too Quickly and it wasn't good but it usually is delicious! I think one of the cooks made our food too Quickly and it wasn't made correctly and that's why it wasn't good. so I call the owner Mr billy and told him exactly what our experience with the food was like. He gave my family some gifts cards to get some more food and gave my brother 2 Slushes drinks and some pizza for free. Mr Billy the owner is really a sweet, nice, caring guy that embrace us, talk to my parents and shook thier hands and took care of all our needs and that please us and made everything alright. I ordered two calzones and at first I was told they couldn't make them because they were too busy... Then I was told they could make them and order of wings (meal). Needless say they burnt one of the and tried to bag it before I noticed. Once I asked to see it the whole top was black. I asked for a refund on that one. I love this place eat here all the time but I will say I’m upset this time! I had a burger and paid $1.50 for a tiny onion slice then my fries I got the bottom of the bag and they were cold and soggy!!!
