The summer unlimited play has been so hard to deal with every time we go there is something new and the employee acts like I should know. I understand it's a new program and I have done as much research as I can. I handed the employee two cards said I had the unlimited card and an add on unlimited card and I needed both activated. We go though the whole process and I ordered a pizza and drinks then she hands me 1 card back and leaves to let someone else in the door. Thinking she was just helping the people at the door and would come back I wait. I then go to her and ask for my other card back. She said I have to tell her to activate the other card. I thought I was pretty clean maybe she just didn't hear me and didn't understand why I would hand her 2 cards. I am probably just overly frustrated bc it seems to be a different process each time and I feel like the employee thinks I should know the changes when it seems to be internal changes. Just the way it is handled is frustrating. The place is clean, other than the check in card activation process everything is handled quickly, the pizza was nice and the kids had fun. I would recommend the summer fun program just be prepared for some...

I reserved for my 3 year old daughter to have a birthday party here on 7/20/24… First off when i got there i had to LOOK for my party host! she then took maybe 20 minutes or so to get back with me with the kids’ play cards. later, they called for all reserved parties to return to the tables to eat. my party was only brought one cheese pizza & we were supposed to have two. meaning 3/8 kids had food while 5 had to wait 30 minutes or so for pepperoni pizza. i spoke with the manager about this who took $40 off the parties total. maybe about 10-15 minutes later we still didn’t receive the pizza. our host acted confused the entire time everytime i asked her about the pizza and what was the hold up. she seemed to help others with their parties than to be helping her OWN party. overall for a two hour party the kids played maybe 30 minutes and barely ate anything. i really was not pleased with this experience at all. i didn’t get to enjoy with my child at all for having to constantly talk to the manager about how my party wasn’t being treated fairly. never again!! i would not recommend booking for a party on the weekends...

This was suppose to had been a play date for my kids and I to hang out you kno enjoy our pass that we pay for and never use it.I got pizza and wings and a cookie it took about 30 to 45 mins to get the food which wasn’t bad the place was packed.Got the food when the buzzard went off young man helped us sat down to pass out food not even 3 mins later food was so cold even the wings was cold so I called the young lady a worker over to our table,told her we just had got our food it was cold even let her touch it she told me to go see the guy at the register.I went waited in line in my turn I told him wat was wrong he came to where we was seated I told him wat was going on he took my receipt went to the kitchen I guess they told him the food was fresh out which it could’ve have been only thing was fresh out was the cookie.He proceeded to tell me that I was lien basically and I wasn’t.All I wanted was my food to be recooked but me and my kids got kicked out and they could’ve even enjoy being a kid wat I waste of time and a drive to be treated like my money or kids...
