Well lit and clean on both sides of the counter. The service was prompt and my food was made to order, so it was about a 15 min wait after my order was placed. I tried the double platter, with beef and chicken, fries, amd rice with a side of fried okra. The drink was extra and decided to eat in the mall food court. The fried okra was well seasoned and cooked slightly crispy and tasted good. The beef and chicken was very salty, and I am not sure if it is naturally salty or if it was because I was given pieces that fell off while cutting larger slices. The pickles were different but tasty and the fries were also good. This is my first experience at a Lebanese establishment. I will return to try a few other items on the menu.

I was very impressed by their food and service. The shawarma was a perfect balance of spices and sauces. The bread was soft and fresh. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves authentic Lebanese cuisine. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back for more!

The chicken tenders were great, especially with ranch. Me and my brother could understand the cashier a little, as their accent was different. As the atmosphere, it is fine, but there is no decor nor paintings as it looks. Overall, it's a good restaurant.

So if you don't know what it is supposed to taste like then you will think it is good. But I know what it should taste like and this ain't it. Folks if you want shawarma or falafel Or kabob make it at home it's not hard but it's not a last minute thing either. You'll get way better flavors and quantity and achieve the actual Mediterranean taste. I only made the shawarma platters from home a few times and my 2 adult kids and 2 teens agree mine was way better. Very disappointed in this place. Not authentic at all even the sauce is bad taste like mayo texture of it too. Definitely not Greek yogurt dill and garlic. The falafel was terrible taste like it was mass produced and frozen for years. Not fresh at all no seasoning. I can go on but I think y'all get the point. It's not good Way better off to get a free recipe online buy the ingredients and cook it yourself, you will get more for your money and the actual...

Three of us walked into Shawarma Shack hoping for lunch. We left $60 poorer, deeply offended, and questioning every life choice that led us to that door.

The shawarma was drier than the Sahara—like someone shaved jerky onto a tortilla and called it cuisine. The fries were a soggy, oil-slicked disaster that somehow defied both physics and flavor. And the falafel? Don’t even get me started. That sad, crumbling joke wouldn’t pass for falafel on a bad airline meal.

NOTHING was fresh. NOTHING was edible. It felt like we were being punished. I’ve seen more life in a gas station hot dog.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Actually, I’d like a refund and an apology from whoever decided this was acceptable to serve to humans.

Avoid this place like it's cursed. Because honestly? It...
