Sleep Number — Hotel in Albany

Not a great experience

We bought an ILE king a few days ago. The delivery was made on the scheduled day and the bed was set up by friendly staff. What surprised me was there was no remote included with the bed. It has to be purchased separately. The store manager where we purchased the bed said he told us that but neither my wife or I remember that conversation. He said he had a remote for us if we could come pick it up. Great! Its a 1.5 hour round trip but I went and got the remote. Get back home and it doesn't work....he gave us the wrong remote. I get a text the next day that I can drive back over and get the correct remote. I'm just not interested in spending the time to go back so I end up having to purchase a remote. I requested the part number for the remote and the manager sent it by text. When I called to order the remote that part number wasn't correct either. Hopefully I'll get my remote within 2 weeks. It just doesn't seem right that you purchase a product that requires a remote to operate as advertised but has to be purchased separately. I guess the value for me will be the ability to tell this story anytime sleep number...

My experience in the Albany, GA store was the best, I have never enjoyed mattress buying before, until now. When I first put my feet up and laid down on the Sleep Number bed it was an experience that I have never had in my life, but when James started to search for my perfect sleep number and we reached #45, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep I was so comfortable and at that point I knew I had to have this bed. Then, when he showed me my pressure points, and how with this bed and my number all the pressure points were gone I was sold, this bed is exactly what my husband and I deserve and need. It's a surprise for him and I know he's going to love this bed as much if not more than me. We'll see when it finally is in our bedroom, can't...

I received excellent service when I was in the SLEEP NUMBER store from a gentleman by the name of James. He was not pushy at all just gave me the information that is needed when thinking about purchasing a mattress whether or not it SLEEP NUMBER or another one. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because I feel like they are really overpriced even though I have decided to possibly purchase one. I have a lot of sleepless nights and a lot of problems with my back and sad so I am certainly hoping that this will help. I know a new mattress will not cure everything but I’m hoping it will help a good bit. Thank you James...
