I wish I could give this horrible environment negative stars. I have never seen such blatant ignorance and lack of professionalism in an establishment such as this one. I’m horrified at the way that my mother was treated yesterday. Not only did this “employee” (I use that term loosely) lack basic customer service skills, she lacked basic human decency. My mother is not a “Karen” nor was she a difficult customer. This person was so mean for absolutely no reason. She went out of her way to be a mean person. You never know what someone’s going through and you never know what your words and actions can do to someone. I suggest this woman- my mom wasn’t able to catch her name due to her being completely thrown off at the woman’s nasty uncalled for attitude- find a new job. Whoever owns or manages this Subway- the woman who was working around 11-12 pm on April 9th (Saturday) is horrible for your business and I believe you’d be doing her and every customer that comes into contact with her a favor if you would terminate her, because she clearly hates her job. I’m really not the type to leave reviews or to complain but when my mom comes home in nearly in tears because of how she was treated by a Subway worker- yeah I’m definitely going to do something about it. On March 17th when I arrive to the restaurant I was told they were out of several items including turkey bacon ham lettuce steak Etc. Today when I arose to pick up my order I was told they were out of bread, at least the bread that I wanted. I kindly ask the crew and manager just to make my order on the bread available that they refused to do so with out me resubmittingmy order online. Being away from my computer I was unable to do so. The girl at the register got smart when she was asked about the veggies. She proceeded to say that we would have to be charged for a salad if she gave me the tomatoes and onions on the side instead of putting it on the sandwich. That's crazy because not everyone wants the veggies sitting on the sandwich making the bread soggy. Next I told her that one of my sandwiches had the wrong bread on it.
