Last Thursday evening, my nervous wife went to this dispensary as her very first trip to any dispensary on her own. Normally she is too nervous or embarrassed to ask questions. I'm pleased to say she came out of this one beaming. The budtenders completely put her at ease and were very friendly and accommodating to her questions and specifics. The budtenders didnt make her feel rushed or were pushy about sales either. The products were great, she was lit lol! 👍🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thanks Emerald Triangle! You have a great team!

I adore Kaitlyn, she's one of the managers here and a joy to purchase from. I come in about once a week to purchase shatter and I'm never disappointed. They carry a good selection of products from OG companies like Northwest Kind, to newer ones like Echo. This is honestly the only place in Albany I've shopped that doesn't give off pretentious vibes. I've managed dispensaries for 10 years and recently left to be a stay at home Mother and will continue to make this my local one stop shop. 💖

Was talking to them about a juice and the possibility of having it for Christmas they neglected to tell me that the expiration date on it is one day from now and it's not like they let you examine product like you would at a grocery store when I called to complain because of the separation and the possibility of it being expired, I was told that it was safe to drink today and that the company takes back the expired juices tomorrow.... Ok, but I paid for this today and was not warned.

I stopped going a few months ago, after an employee admitted one of their rolling machines, for their house brand, was broken. A customer was there trying to return a pack, with half filled joints. They knew the machine was broken, but continued to use it?!? Unethical. If not illegal.

Tonight, 12/1/23 I decided to try again. Wanted a cartridge, at the end of a long week. I walked in. There was only one customer being helped. Two more people came in behind me. The two budtenders walked past me, without acknowledgment, to help the other customers they knew. After one was finished, she changed the tape on the cash register without acknowledging me.

I walked out. Won't be back. Too bad. I'm a great tipper. I tried giving you a second chance. I will share my experience...

Went in as a brand new customer. I bought 3.5 grams of weed and the guy that serviced me was really friendly.

When I got home I measured my weed from Emerald Triangle Dispensary and it weighed in at 2.63 grams. I called the dispensary and spoke to the supervisor Theresa about this. She said to me "sorry about that. We are human and these things happen. If you come back in now with your 2.63 grams I'll top it off to 3.5 grams."

I drove all the way back to the dispensary and Theresa did top off my 2.63 grams to what I paid for (3.5 grams). And that was it.

I do appreciate that my order was able to be fixed, however I most likely will not be coming back to this dispensary. This was not a good experience, especially since I was a first...

Good vibes on first approach(which came quickly) deep understanding of there products (down to batch smells to fit numbers) from flower to oil and oil smoking devices. I came with others for a viewing and they came to buy. I explained I was only looking and didn't have money with me and they didn't need to over work. Still the staff gave me full attention and never made me feel pressured to leave. All in all the service was above the (top shelf) and the store was fun and well put together. My group had made a few purchases and we enjoyed them very much. All the little things added up the right way and gave me the Experience.
