I stopped going a few months ago, after an employee admitted one of their rolling machines, for their house brand, was broken. A customer was there trying to return a pack, with half filled joints. They knew the machine was broken, but continued to use it?!? Unethical. If not illegal.
Tonight, 12/1/23 I decided to try again. Wanted a cartridge, at the end of a long week. I walked in. There was only one customer being helped. Two more people came in behind me. The two budtenders walked past me, without acknowledgment, to help the other customers they knew. After one was finished, she changed the tape on the cash register without acknowledging me.
I walked out. Won't be back. Too bad. I'm a great tipper. I tried giving you a second chance. I will share my experience...

When I got home I measured my weed from Emerald Triangle Dispensary and it weighed in at 2.63 grams. I called the dispensary and spoke to the supervisor Theresa about this. She said to me "sorry about that. We are human and these things happen. If you come back in now with your 2.63 grams I'll top it off to 3.5 grams."
I drove all the way back to the dispensary and Theresa did top off my 2.63 grams to what I paid for (3.5 grams). And that was it.

Read moreGood vibes on first approach(which came quickly) deep understanding of there products (down to batch smells to fit numbers) from flower to oil and oil smoking devices. I came with others for a viewing and they came to buy. I explained I was only looking and didn't have money with me and they didn't need to over work. Still the staff gave me full attention and never made me feel pressured to leave. All in all the service was above the (top shelf) and the store was fun and well put together. My group had made a few purchases and we enjoyed them very much. All the little things added up the right way and gave me the Experience.
