So I was blocked and had to go under another name to make a review. I am Jasmine hills and I do not have to hide and I'm not trying to make trouble but I am truly disappointed with this company! So here is an update I only had my bed for 5 months and guess what! It's broken! So not only did I have a hard bed! But a bad quality of bed frame as well! I guess I get what I pay for that's what y'all call it! Or what makes more sense to me is the company I chose to give my money too! I find it so amusing that you guys would sell people knock off products, I paid good money for my things! If folks pay you any kind of money that they worked hard for to purchase things that they thought should last until they get ready to upgrade thier furniture! This is ridiculous, I'm willing to bet anything that it's more folks like me who have some type of issues with you guys! I know this company is not the best in town! I wish I would have search a little more that way I would have had a different options before I pick the first one I went too! Read moreMy significant other and I recently tried to make a purchase from this location as a gift for someone who resides in the Albany area. We resided in Atlanta. We decided to use one of the finance options due to it being Christmas time. After receiving approval, one finance company decided not to finalize the account due to the furniture being located in Albany, and us in Atlanta. We went with the second finance option (Synchrony). We called and spoke with Charlotte and she was extremely rude and even called us frauds. She didn't bother to listen to a word that was stated and even hung up the call after over talking us. Called back and spoke with the Manager, Kevin. He too, gave us a hard time after all of our documents and identification had been verified. He kept insisting we come in the store to sign the invoice. I even asked him to email the invoice, we would sign it and overnight the document back if he needed an original signature. He declined; which made no sense because you can make a purchase on-line and never be seen. We chose this location because the gift is for someone in Albany. This company really made me like I was a fraudulent individual trying to scam them for a $500 sofa. I am more than certain that if we were Caucasian, no questions, would have been asked. Read moreI normally don't write on these reviews but today I Will! I was lied too from the beginning I was told I was purchasing a 479.00 matress and it was suppose to be soft! Instaed I got a matress that feels as if I'm laying on rocks! When I try to return it! They give me a hard time. I was told I had to put a 100.00 more on a mattress that I paid the same price for and that I didn't pay 479.00 for the first one but I have my reciept, I work alot of hours and I travel away from home alot! So I have not had time to even use the bed! they We're very rude about returning it and worse trying to get a refund I'm very upset about my experience with this company! I would not recommend anyone to go here! What makes it worse I talk to the boss who name is Chad you would think he know how to have great customer service! Instead he try to mock me and as I was walking away very disappointed with the reactions I just experience and still no new mattress or no refund! him and his employers were laughing!
