Five stars, no question. TCBY doesn’t just sell frozen yogurt—they sell happiness in a cup. I walked in stressed out, tired, and dangerously close to yelling at someone for breathing too loudly. I walked out a better person.

First of all, let’s talk about the yogurt itself. I got the White Chocolate Mousse because if I’m going to treat myself, I’m going all in. It was so smooth and creamy I started questioning if it was actually yogurt or if the angels in heaven were sneaking me spoonfuls of their secret stash. I nearly cried, but I held it together because you don’t want to be “that person” crying in a froyo shop.

The toppings bar? An absolute wonderland. It’s like Willy Wonka threw a rager and invited every candy, fruit, and nut in existence. I’m pretty sure I put enough M&Ms on my yogurt to qualify as a felony in some states, but no one judged me. In fact, the cashier gave me a little nod of approval like, “Yeah, you’re doing it right.”

The vibe? Chef’s kiss. The place was clean, bright, and filled with the kind of energy that says, “No matter how bad your day is, this yogurt will fix it.” And it did. I don’t know what kind of magic they’ve got in their soft-serve machines, but TCBY is one froyo away from being classified as therapy.

The yogurt is delicious. However, i noticed that the regular cup on a few occasions was extremely light. I took it back and had them weigh the cup. What should have been 8 ozs was 4 ozs. The young males seem lazy and bothered by having to scoop 8 ozs which cost about $7. If you don't have them weigh the cup, you will get about half of what you pay for. Food is already very expensive so it is important to hold the staff accountable for at least giving you what...

it makes my 16 year old heart smile to see TCBY brought back to albany! it was my first very first job when it was here many years ago and i was so sad when it left. The new TCBY is amazing. A few different flavor options for soft serve then the original but there is so many to still pick from! They have flavors to accommodate milk restrictions AND the best part, diabetic restrictions.
