If I could, I would give a zero star rating tonight. My husband and I waited in line for an hour. When we got to the window I was asked three time what I ordered. When I told him my order, he still continue to get it wrong. Finally, he said there was a mixup and someone else got my order. I was asked to pull up and wait while my order was being remade. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I was the only vehicle left in line still no food. By the time I was told my order was ready, I stated to the employee who came to my window that my order should be free due to the major inconvenience. The young man returned to the car after speaking with his supervisor stating, “She said you still have to pay”. I gave paid for my order and asked to speak to the supervisor. I explained about the order mixup and the hour plus wait but she offered no apologies. I told her because of the long wait, our order should’ve been comped. It was 10:26 p.m. when we finally received our order. With an attitude, she said, “We ain’t giving away no free food.” I said ma’am you’re missing the point. We waited in line over an hour and I think this is very poor customer service. She said well I can give you a drink. I gave her my drink request and asked that no ice be added. She was so pissed off that she still put ice in the cup. So, I gave it back and told her again that I asked for no ice and she instantly started shaking her head, mumbling under her breath in my presence. I politely asked her to speak up and told her she was being extremely unprofessional. When she handed me the drinks I told her that she has a very nasty attitude and she needed to work on her customer service. In a very ugly and rude manner, she just said thank you ma’am and slammed the window. So needless to say that’s my last time going to that location and I hope the owner speaks to her about her attitude because she was unapologetic. Extremely poor...
Read moreBased on favorable recommendation of friends, I decided to pick up here for first time in years. I ordered fish; however, upon arriving home, I found out I was given chicken. I called and spoke with an employee who advised me to come back following day (as I wasn’t up to driving back to restaurant). She took my name. Upon returning the following day, I was advised that order could not be replaced because I didn’t bring plate with chicken. HUH ?? I would DEFINITELY have recalled if person I spoke with had told me to return chicken plate. She did not. When I asked employee for name of manager, she stated there was no manager on duty (at 4pm on Tuesday). When I asked for manager’s name, she stated ‘we can’t give out names’. HUH?? No worries. The counter staff were courteous and looked busy stocking when not taking food orders. The prices were very reasonable. The entire meal was so good and fast! It was also nice to dine in with real silverware....not plastic.
I feel the interior counter/dining area could use some updates and one of the bathroom stalls in the ladies restroom is in need of repair but neither of these change the fact that the food was hot, fresh, reasonably priced, and delicious. We'll definitely return during...
