Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Albany

As a manager at another fast food resturant this store is disgusting ! Disrespectful & doesnt care at all! Poor customer service & poor food quality!

FOOD SAFETY is always first & lets start there! -i looked through the window to see why i was sitting outside waiting from 3:45-4:30 for a smash burger! I see an employee (didnt get his name) fixing my burger without any gloves at all! -im allergic to onions! i asked for no onions! guess what they was on my burger! -my tater tots ... old & stale ! literally spit them out!

CUSTOMER SERVICE -employees i had was both males.. they obviously have not been communicating because the second guy i spoke with was clueless of the order period. both guys was carless & didnt care i had been waiting. -the manager on duty didnt care! she was rude ! didnt offer a item for our inconvenience! genuinely didnt care she was more worried about the flies outside than her customer which is the reason she even makes a paycheck!

Needed a quick bite on my lunch break and Sonic is always fast and reliable.. not this time. Ordered a grilled chicken combo, Jr. deluxe no cheese and a corn dog. Received a #2 burger (beef patties and cheese), deluxe with cheese, and a dried our corn dog. I dont eat cheese. They made me a grilled chicken sandwich but when I got it the lettuce was wilted and the bun chewy.. not fresh. So I ate my tots and had my drink, but I threw the rest out due to being afraid to eat anything from there that hasn't been dropped in 350 degree oil... It's obvious this place is struggling. Where is the franchise owner??? Go help your restaurant until you get it properly staffed! Also it's drive thru only for some reason and no signs are up to let you know that. I lost my whole lunch break just trying to get...

I would give it no stars if I could. We went through the drive through and waited 20 mins for cold sloppy food. We were on our way to the hospital so we didnt have time to go back and deal with it then so we called later that day. They refused to give us our money back for food we didn't eat. They only offerd to remake our food......yea right lol, like I want more subpar food that takes forever. I would have even taken a gift card to go to a different location but I will not return to this one. They also tried telling us they havent had a complaint in over 6 months but after coming here I see that that was a flat out lie........I do not recommend this location, our visit was all the way around a major disappointment and they have no real interest in making it right.
