The people at the store in Albany were very helpful and attentive. They didn’t have what we were looking for in their store in Albany but, helped us find it in the store in Warner Robins. They called and spoke with the people in Warner Robins while we were sitting there and we were assured that there wasn’t anything wrong with the table and chairs. We paid for it in the Albany store and left to go to the Warner Robins store to pick it up because we live in Sycamore. We get half way there and the guy helping us in Albany text me a picture of the back of one of the chairs and said that it was scratches but not broken and they felt like it was be fine. So we said okay and continued on to pick it up from Warner Robins. When we got there to get it we again asked if it was damaged anywhere other than the scratch in the chair and as far as he knew that was it. It was dark where we loaded it behind the store so we really couldn’t see any other damage at that point. We asked the guy again and he said he didn’t know what had happened to the chair but that was all he was aware of. We looked it over and determined it had been broken and glued back together but , it felt sturdy so we took it on. The next day when we were looking it over a little better with the daylight, we discovered one of the legs had been broken off and glued back with new (different) screws drilled in it. We are not very happy at all about being lied to about what we were paying cash for. Our hard earned cash and he straight up lied to us. We have picture if you would like to see them. Read moreTurner’s had a large selection of recliners for me to choose from. The salesman that greeted me was polite and friendly, and Asked If I was looking for anything in particular. When I said a recliner, he showed me where they were, told me his name, Ken George, and said if I had any questions, he would be glad to answer them, and he walked away. I appreciated the fact that he did not act pushy or hover around. He came back later, I asked questions about the two recliners In which I was interested. Then he walked away to let me make my decision. When I decided, I walked over to him and said I was ready to make my purchase. He took me to the desk to make my purchase, thanked me for my business and gave me his card. He introduced Me to Rebecca, and said she would take good care of me. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained the delivery process. The entire experience was very positive. The customer service was outstanding! The showroom was busy, the employees were all busy, but Ken and Rebecca were focused on their customers when they needed to be. This review is probably too long, but I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and the professionalism of the people that I dealt, with, I had to share...

My name is Tynika. I was in search of new furniture for my living room. I went to Badcock and made a purchase. My order totaled over $3k. I ordered around the first week of January. After calling to check on my order's status, I was told most of my order had come in. They were only waiting on one piece of furniture to come in. (which would take another two weeks). I asked the rep could they deliver the furniture they already have, being my living room does not have any furniture. I was told I would have to pay another delivery fee if I opted to do that, in a rude tone. I canceled the order and went to Turner's B
udget furniture. I was very impressed with the salesman who helped me complete my order. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable, helping me to complete my purchase. He made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable.
