El Bronco — Restaurant in Albuquerque

The service wasn't good, they left off food from our plates we had to ask for. Then in the end I didn't notice but they tax on a 10% service charge on the bill. My friend and I asked for separate checks. She left a cash tip on the table, I paid by credit card. I walked outside before her. When she came outside she said I took my tip off the table. I asked why and she said they had already added to the bill!! I looked at mine and sure enough there it was. I had also written in a tip! I went back inside to complain and they looked at me like I was crazy. I informed them that if they're going to charge that automatically they need to post signs and have in on the menu. I wonder how many people don't notice?? So they're making double the tips!! Bad business in my opinion and they lost me...

This place seems very clean and friendly staff. One waitress for the whole place and she was wonderful. They only gave one type of salsa and it was to my liking. It was not super spicy but just enough for flavor. I ordered a carne asada torta and it was good. My husband had chile rellenos and they did not taste good. They seemed old. My kids had fried fish and it was over cooked, like burnt over cooked. The rice tasted funny it was old. My mom and niece and nephew had barbacoa tacos and they did not like the taste of it. Waited almost an hour here to get my food and there’s still nothing here. (I am currently in the restaurant) this place sucks. Don’t wait your time. I also stood for 5 minutes before seating myself because no one was available to help. If they have to many online orders like that said them they should just stick to online since they can’t take care of their in store customers. Three other tables left because they...
