-0 Stars!! Communication Sucks! Customer Service Sucks!! After Waiting In Line Forever To Place The Order Waited Another Forever Just To Get Our Order Along With The Person Ahead Of Us Order! Our Order Was Missing Both Drinks. As I Went Back To Request My Missing Drinks And Tell Them That We Got The Person Ahead Of Us Order My Husband Told Me To come Back To The Table To Show Me His Torta De Jammon (sandwich) Had A 3" Long Hair In It! I Took The Torta To The Register And Showed The Manager She Took A Look Removed The Hair And Said Are You Sure It's Not His Hair????? MIND You My Husband Has A Razor Fade Not Even Close To An Inch Of Hair On His Head!??? I Looked At Her Dumbfounded And Said Of Course Not!! Can I Just Get My Money Back??? She Hatefully Said I Guess Looked At My Recipt And Gave Me The Money. I Told Her That She Needs To Make The Person Ahead Of Me Their Order That They've Been Waiting For But Fresh Because Their Food Was Touched By My Kids Thinking It Was Theirs!! She Took The Torta Re Wrapped It And Had Intentions Of Giving To The Person That Never Got Their Order I Told That Customer That She Needs To Request A Fresh Meal Because The Manager Was Going To Give Her An Order That Was Messed Up And Touch With Nooo Gloves! Anyway This May Be Extreme Leaving This Long Of A Review But It's Not Cheap To Eat Out And When You Do You Want It To Be Great!! YOU WILL NOT GET THAT...

Typically don’t frequent this paleteria . Unfortunately our usual choice in local paleteria was already closed so we went to this place. Ordered some basic menu items... nachos without jalapeños and dorinachos. Amongst some drinks. Got home and the order was wrong. Called to let them know so I could return to get my correct order (simply becuase the nachos were for my young daughter) and they were making excuses as to why it was my fault that the order was wrong, instead of just being accountable and accepting the fact that they messed up and offer to correct it. Truly unsure how ordering nachos without jalapeños turns into nachos delux with all the extras(jalapeños, frijoles, maíz,).Also twice we clarified to the young lady that I did not want chamoy in the coctel de fruta but they still added it. Manager told the employee that we could have our items corrected if we bring back the food and show up before they close(which was in 15 min). We weren’t going to make it so , oh welll my daughter doesn’t get her nachos but it gets worse. I eat one of the nachos and the chips are stale . I mean extremely stale.! Not returning. I went to your restraunt on 7/08/2017 and you guys ran the transaction 2 times because you guys failed to turn in the payment before 3 day period my bank says you have to process transaction. On the the 10th it finally showed pending in my account but did not process till the 17th which caused a problem with my account. I just want you to know I highly looked at your restraunt I recommended this place to so many people only for this to happen. The bank will not fix the overdrafts because when you guys finally put the transaction through bills that were automatic were 40 dollers short because you guys did an 11 day late transaction!! My visit to your restraunt on 7/08/17 with a 40 bucks and change tab has costed me Your bill and 105 in overdraft charges your orchards and elote are good but not $145.00...
