I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from my recent visit to your salon, as I believe constructive feedback is important for growth and improvement.
Over the past year, I have enjoyed coming to your salon and appreciate the efforts of your talented staff in helping us feel good about ourselves through self-care. However, my appointment today for a dip manicure was unfortunately not up to the standard I have come to expect.
I scheduled my appointment a month in advance, eager to prepare my nails for an upcoming vacation. While I understand that some waiting is typical, I have generally been understanding of the normal 10-15 minute delay. Today, however, I felt that my service became rushed midway through the appointment. The result has left me disappointed, as my nails feel thicker than usual, and the edges of the nail beds are uneven. Additionally, there is excess polish in my cuticles, and my nails feel rubbery and sticky near the edges.
This experience has left me feeling that my business was not valued, and I couldn't shake the impression that I was just another appointment being hurried along to accommodate the next client. As a loyal customer, this lack of attention to detail and quality of service was disheartening.
I truly appreciate the work that you do to help women feel beautiful and confident, which is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I hope that by sharing my feedback, it can help improve the quality of service provided to future clients.
Thank you for taking the time to read of my recent experience. I hope to see improvements during...
Read moreI’ve been coming to famous nails for years and have never had a problem. I went in Friday and got a pedicure. They were super busy and I’m not sure if they didn’t sterilize the products correctly (which I have seen in previous reviews has been an issue here) or because Tiffany removed an ingrown toenail when they are not qualified to do this but it hurt really bad. Saturday I woke up and could barely walk from the pain but I thought it was just sore. Saturday night I looked at my toe and it was discolored, puffy, and full of puss. It was clearly a bacterial infection. I went in on Sunday to speak with the manager, Aaron, and asked for a refund. He wanted to soak my feet in water to fix the issue. Soaking the feet in water is not going to get rid of a bacterial infection. I asked for a refund since I’m going to have to go to urgent care to get antibiotics for the issue and he said they don’t give refunds. He wants me to go to urgent care and trust that they’ll pay the bill even though they won’t even give me a refund. I’m very disappointed in the service here and they lost a long time customer today. Now I have to go spend 100s at urgent care to get antibiotics. I will be reporting them to the...
Read moreI’ve been going to Famous Nails to see Flower for about 9 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. Flower is the only nail professional that knows exactly what I want without me even asking. I just pick my color and or design. Sometimes I’m at a loss of what I want and give Flower free artistic creativity. She never does me wrong. Walking into the salon I’m always greeted kindly by everyone. All staff are so nice and welcoming. The staff will usually ask me how I’m doing and how my child is doing. The staff participates in silly conversation with their customers. And it’s just a warm and nice environment to be in. I always feel good going to the salon and when I leave. I will never go anywhere else. The owner is a wonderful businesswoman and her, her late husband and their amazing daughter built an incredible business. The daughter is such a delight and a highly requested professional. She makes sure ALL customers who walk in are treated well. It’s a family centered atmosphere. There are mother and daughter who work there, a husband and wife who work there in which customers have happily watched their family grow, and an aunt and niece who work there. It’s a great...
