Mister Car Wash — Attraction in Albuquerque

2 years ago I bought my monthly membership, gave this place 4 stars at the time. Since then this has changed drastically. Used to receive a air freshener and a blue wet towel to clean interior upon entering car wash. Today I almost had to fight a crazy drug addict lady who was harassing all of the people trying to vacuum their vehicles, one lady got so scared she left because of that crazy lady - she basically had half her body in this poor girls car screaming at her, she tried the same with me. 🙅‍♀️ Also 2 dudes there digging through trash and scoping our vehicles. Makes it hard to be a woman or a person in general to clean your car while having to constantly look over your shoulder or stop and check surroundings every 30 seconds. The workers here could try to deter these people from bothering paying customers, maybe have security or call the cops but they do nothing about it. I deleted my membership today. No one has ever given me a hard time at the car wash on 4th st and today the new manager that’s at this site was being awful I told them my window didn’t get washed right she wanted to inspected the window haha really if a customer say there freaking window we’re not clean then let them thu to get clean right and then the guy that was at the entrance when you first go in and I asked him to spray my windows he said yeah yeah sure and just pushed me through didn’t spray none of my windows he sprayed the left-hand side of my tires but not my windows what is what’s wrong with the right side of the car 🚙 they’re not include wow anyway don’t ask to go back around if your car is not properly clean because you will have to explain why ! And still my windows are not done right but I don’t feel like arguing with this little girl that took on a task that she can’t handle if you want to be a manager customers are always right ! Took a white vehicle through the car wash there...the rubber and equipment put marks all over my suv. The lady told me it was bc touch up paint rubbed off the car, I went to a body shop and got video of the marks being scrapped off, I new it was not touch up paint bc it's brand new car and the marks are all over the body, she called me back tellinge she reviewed the footage and saw the marks were already there, I hired a private investor to pull the footage from there corporate office, and the footage is to far away to tell and the marks aren't even big enough to see from that distance, we then got the footage from family dollar and surrounding businesses and it that footage you can tell there are no marks before pulling in and then you can see the marks when I pull out. Now when I call trying to settle the matter or figure put who to send my small claims too they never answer, this 8 grand worth of damages, my car looks like leopard.
