I moved to this building in October 2021 and someone broke into my home in January 2022. I lost almost 50k and had to call the police and open a case. I talked to the leasing office and they could have been more helpful. But they do not care about you but your money. There are no cameras in this building and such an unsafe place to live. In March 2023 someone broke into my car in front of my building in the parking lot and when I talked to the manager and leasing office, they didn’t help but told me it is a normal thing in Albuquerque. It is a very unsafe building especially if you are new to Albuquerque and living alone. I had many issues in this building. I do not recommend risking your life or money to live there. I always had problems receiving packages, I had packages from FedEx twice and someone took my boxes from my door before I got home from work. I received the images from the post office that they delivered the package and left it in front of the door but someone was taking my boxes. So I even had to put a doorbell camera and camera inside my home. But even with having a second camera, I had a problem with my office because they sent someone to my house without permission and from the office put a paper right on my doorbell which covered the camera. They tried to come in, but they probably didn't know I had a camera inside, and as soon as they entered my home, the alarm started, and they left. At first I talked and email the office and directly emailed Ms. Summer and she said no one from the office went inside my home. After sending the images of people who tried to enter, she said it was from the office but they entered without my permission. After all those horrible experiences I felt unsafe living in this building and had to terminate my lease and move to another apartment. Still, the office was asking me for a termination fee which was not my choice to leave and not even try to be helpful. Also, there were many ants in my apartment, and I asked them to come and fix it twice, but it was not helpful at all.
I do not...
Read moreCurrent resident at the time of writing this. As everyone else says the staff here is horrible and the apartments are very poorly maintained. I have dealt with black mold since moving in. The air-conditioning has gone out 3 times since being here. The windows and doors are horrible sealed so it gets blazing hot or freezing cold in the summer or winter, which means you'll be paying for it. The carpet in my unit was not cleaned after the last tenant moved out and the carpets were caked with hair...long human hair. You might think the laundromat is a bonus but rarely do any of the machines work properly so they eat your money or one of them will be jetting water out across the floor. Our tub and shower is improperly sealed which means there is likely a horrible mold problem behind the walls.
On top of just the living spaces, we can talk about the staff. They do not update tenants on their hours if they change them or go home early. They have lost paperwork and charge the tenants for their mistakes. It took them nearly two weeks to process signing the lease and did nothing to make sure the mail was being delivered to the address. As clarification, they did not add the name to the mailbox, forcing me to do so. I have put in repair orders and had them ignored. The power was out again today for who knows what reason but, we'll give that one the benefit of the doubt if being in their control. The staff has favorites and there have been several other reviews and reports that they use empty apartments to party in.
The list could go on but, these are simply the practical problems i have encountered that a tenant should not deal with in the slightest.
In summary; Very unprofessional and you will pay money for it. Apartments horribly maintained and in no way updated to standard or code. Minimum to zero care for the actual well being of...

Cons: Parking is a disaster, car theft runs rampant throughout the parking lot, the water gets shut off for extended periods of time ALL the time, and not a family friendly environment.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to live here for a year. Initially, I was impressed with the fact that management was very "anti-crime." I signed several papers along with the lease papers stating that I would only have a certain amount of individuals in my apartment at one time, I would not use drugs on the premises, and that security was available 24 hours a day.
This was all a bunch of bologna. My car was broken into ten times within the first three weeks of living there, and when I asked about security performing checks, I was starting to realize "security" didn't exist. Unbeknownst to me, I lived next to a crack/meth dealer for three months. I obtained the police report because I felt my safety was in danger, and the list went on and on...hypodermic needles in the residence and on the porch, intent to distribute meth and crack, and several other serious drug offenses in apartment 1308.
The business office in the leasing office is a joke. Nothing works. Good luck visiting the pool in the summertime as residents feel the need to invite their entire extended family, and management does not enforce anything.
Staff are rude and they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Don't judge a book by it's cover. They appear to be decent apartments but you will pay for it in...
