I have nothing positive to say about this business. If hindsight was 20/20, I would have chosen literally any shop over these guys. I took my laptop to these guys to fix a broken hinge. It took them 3 months from start to finish to return the laptop to me. To add insult to injury; they lost several parts and blamed ME for it. They said it was missing when I had brought it to them. Well, If I had the ability to take the computer apart myself to reach these internal parts that went missing... wouldnt it make sense to fix the hinge myself while I was in there and save a metric asston of money? Another bad taste in my mouth this company left me was the lack of contact. They said my laptop would be a week or two tops when I dropped it off. In the three months they had my laptop, they called me once; a day after I dropped it off. I had to call them once or twice a week for 3 months asking when my laptop would be done. They would constantly say "no more than a week". This went on for 3 months. When I picked up the laptop and noticed the missing part; it took some haggling for them to say they would buy the part THAT THEY LOST; and again said they would contact me when it arrived. Again they never did and I just decided to give up on bugging them to make things right and put the customer first when they were in the wrong. How do I begin, I bought a prebuilt PC from NewEgg. That was the beginning of what would be a big mistake if it wasn’t for these folks over at Tech505. I went in Monday morning and spoke to DJ. He was willing to help me with my issues with my computer saying no bootable devices found. When I was over there he was quickly able to identify the issues with my computer. While I was there he showed me a desktop unlike anything I have ever seen before. This desktop was designed and made by DJ, one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the computer hardware space. His ability and passion about technology and games is what made me purchase the PC they had built and return the prebuilt PC I purchased from NewEgg. Regardless of price, Daniel and DJ have a new customer for life. I will take my behemoth of a PC to them for regular maintenance and tune ups. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. They truly the type of people we need in this industry and service. Respect and much love to both DJ and Daniel. They truly were a godsend in a time of much darkness for me.

@james.... LOL are you serious??? YOU purchase a laptop without all the features you'd like and then complain that it's broken? The only thing broken is your logic buddy, truly astounding. It's sad that you have the ability to leave a negative review that makes no sense... I'm giving them one star because seagulls don't have shells... 🤔 my laptop is missing the teleportation piece, it's broken. I am perplexed that it took days to figure this out, any normal person can look at a laptop and easily discern whether or not it was made with a Webcam. Just because a car was made without all wheel drive doesn't mean that it's broken... It means that if you want all wheel drive you should have chosen a different car. Also they have external Webcam that are pretty cheap and hook right up to your computer. I really feel bad that this situation has you so confused, and I feel sorry for the business owner, this place does...
