Five Below — Attraction in Alexandria

I don't even know where to begin. I do not like giving bad reviews but I couldn't let this one slide. I hope management somewhere will see these and do something about it. No wonder there was not anyone else in the store. I have never been in this particular store and may not go back. It's a shame, cause this chain has lots of great items to buy in the store.

The store was trashed. There were boxes just strewn out in the aisles, which I get if the employees were stocking, they were not. There were products all over the floor, in almost every isle. Instead of items being hung up on the hangers they were on, they were just thrown over other things. The organization of items was just a mess. None of the employees ever spoke to or acknowledged us, to say hello or to ask if we needed help. I have been in a lot of Five Below stores and have never seen one that looked this bad inside. My question is what is the point of putting in 6 self checkouts and one register but then less than a year later shut them all down and have a staff member standing at a self-checkout to scan your items? None of the other locations I have been to have done this. Is the shoplifting at this location that bad or what?
