Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alexandria

The Best Taco Bell in Alexandria/Pineville. Hands Down, not even close. I will drive past the other two just to eat here. Order is always perfect, food is always prepared proportionately. I have had food here that looked as good as the menu pictures, which is something I have never been able to say about any other fast food restaurant. The staff is a revolving door like most fast food places, but the service is always a step above. I know what you are thinking, "Dang, this dude takes his Taco Bell seriously." Listen folks, this taco bell has been there for me when I needed to splurge my soul and stomach out in tacos. This place was there when I went full Keto Diet, and discovered their amazing power menu bowls, which with a little tweaking will save a Keto Diet. This place has been one of the most consistent places to eat since I started living here 7 years ago, and as Taco Bells are concerned this location can be mentioned in the same conversation as a Chick-fil-a. Yes, that is right. This Taco Bell can be mentioned in the same sentence as a Chick-fil-a. That is all you need to know....

Used the kiosk and ordered a cheesy gordita crunch cravings trio and a Cheesy bean and rice burrito. Sat down to wait for my order and 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my name to get called. Went up to the counter to check on it, because I understand, stuff happens, and they tell me that my order doesn't exist. Offered to show them the order through my email but the girl seemed a bit hesitant to look at it. Don't know why. If it had just been a 'Sorry about that, we bumped your order thinking it was done.' this honestly would still be a 3-star review, but the lack of communication or any sort of explanation as to why a 5-minute preparation (which is how long it took for them to make my order after they magically found it), took almost half an hour and nobody even offered any sort of 'sorry about that' just seemed to rub me the wrong way.

To clarify the food was delicious, it was very affordable, and I enjoyed it once I got the food, but the service was.... lackluster. And yes, I know it's a Taco Bell. I'm not expecting a 5-star...

When we were walking in a couple was walking out talking about how rude the staff were it was only when I was ordering that I realized I had definitely chose the wrong tacobell ,my daughter ordered nacho fries the man informed her they were out ,my sons wanted a Mexican pizza he said that is sold out too, my nephew wanted bean rice and cheese burritos he then said we dont have the rice but you can get bean burritos, so we all figured out our new order no problem I order 5 large drinks go to get the drinks and they only have rootbeer and g2 for drinks yuck ,i ask if they can make sweet tea and was told no .I really wish i would have been informed at the register that they only had the two drink option, I would not have bought 5 large drinks for sure. The family reunion that came in after us were served before us and the noise level was to much .when we finally got our food it was good just not worth the time.
