I stopped by Noodles and Grill after Christmas, looking for something different, and I'm glad I did! The place was lively, with families enjoying their meals, and the vibe was bright, clean, and spacious. The staff handled dine-in and to-go orders like pros.

I wanted to try a little of everything, so I got the egg rolls, Pad Thai, Basil Chicken, and Green Curry Shrimp. The egg rolls were thin, crispy, and came with rice noodles and dipping sauce—just how I like them. The Pad Thai was good, but I wish it came with lime wedges and crushed peanuts for that extra texture. Also, the box was a bit small for all the noodles, and they were hard to pull apart by the time I ate. The pictures of online don't match what I got in the to go box so that was disappointing.

The Basil Chicken was the highlight for me! The rice came topped with a fried egg and onion strips, and the chicken had the perfect tangy flavor with just enough basil. I’d totally order it for lunch and save the leftovers for dinner.

But the Green Curry Shrimp was the real surprise. It was loaded with shrimp and veggies in a spicy, flavorful broth that warmed me up on a cold, drizzly day. If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to comfort dish when I’m feeling under the weather.

All in all, Noodles and Grill is a win! I’d definitely come back to try more...

Delicious, clean and hospitable. Healthy and pridefully presented. Reasonably priced. I'm relieved this restaurant exists here. My tastebuds are happy and so am I. Patronize this business so it can continue to exist in Alexandria, Louisiana. I'm not kin to the owner or any employees or suppliers and I didn't get paid or free food to write this. I just like good food. Also, for those who care about this it is a family business (to me this doesn't make or break it, but it is a plus.) Here you will find no tacky music, just quiet and the sounds of people happily devouring delicious food. If you want a treat in addition to your food, try the boba drinks (my favorite is the green tea w boba, like a smoothie with matcha, milk, sugar and those compelling tapioca balls that to me have a slightly molasses flavor and a gummy texture.) This restaurant offers the most quality variety of Asian fusion cuisine in Cenla. Representing many southeast Asian regions, every dish is cooked perfectly with almost no inconsistencies past my several times eating here. The prices are the fairest you can get, being the best value of most restaurants around this area. Every experience felt rewarding, and I just suggest anyone to eat here and order whatever peaks their interest on the menu. My personal favorite is the fried chicken and rice plate, you really just can't go wrong with it. Also the service is impeccable, Seth being one of the best servers I've had serve me anywhere.
