Where should I start? I placed an online order last night for 20 wings. The online confirmation gave a pick up time of 11:20pm. I arrived around that time and the pickup counter was vacant. I scanned the restaurant and saw two occupied tables with a total of five people. Near the bar, there were two tables with about 8 people at each. I waited for a few minutes and no one came to the pickup area or the front.
So, I left the pickup area and approached the only employee in sight, the female bartender. I informed her that I was there to pickup an online order. She seemed agitated and asked if there was anyone up front, to which I responded "no". She then huffed and left the bar and went to the kitchen to find someone. I followed her to the entrance of the kitchen area and it was pure pandemonium. The cooks were just piling trays of cooked food, for who I assume were the bar area tables, on top of each other. The bartender then returns and advises me that my order is not ready and that there are at least 12 tickets in front of it.
I then request that the order be cancelled and my money refunded. The bartender, still obviously aggravated, walks off to "find somebody else." Minutes later, a female server approaches me and asks what is the name on my order. I give her all the details I previously gave the bartender. She then goes to the kitchen and returns with the same update. No food and they cannot give me an ETA. I then make a second request to cancel the order and to refund my money. The server then advises that only a manager can do that. This was shocking to me that a manager was even on duty considering how poorly it was being managed at the time.
By this time, I've been waiting about 20 minutes for food I was never going to receive and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the manager to saunter to the counter with the attitude of unconcern. Once the manager arrived, she would not cancel the order in my presence, but advised that she would need the last four digits of my card and I should receive a refund in 7-10 business days.
During this entire time, a party of three young ladies arrived and were waiting to be seated. The restaurant was 90% empty. After waiting for 15 minutes, the server then informed them that it would be at least an hour wait before they would possibly receive food.
I don't know when or how BBW got so bad, but last night was awful!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreEMPLOYEE TRAINING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I frequently go to B-Dubs for BONELESS THURSDAY. I visited this location more than just couple of times with different friends, and I have been dissatisfied with many visits for several problems all cause by ignorant employees.
(1) I did not order side menus, but then employee brought it up to me and said side menus come with the main dish today specially, and later one, it was charged on my receipt. I asked what happened, and she said "I didn't know, but you have to pay what you had." B-Dubs employee shifted the blame to whom ate the food, rather than herself who knew nothing about the policies. At the end, I had to pay and left. What can I do?
(2) As I mentioned, I frequently go there for Boneless Thursday. Some employees do not aware of what Boneless Thursday is. Maybe they never tried this event and never been at the B-Dubs previously, but not knowing when they are working there is I think a big problem.
(3) Drinks often not refilled. Many visits of mine had only a cup of drinks. I'm not talking about the alcoholic beverages, which I believe cannot be refiled, right? I always order either one of soda or water, and only a couple of times refilled as right after the cup has been emptied out, but mostly DID NOT.
(4) You can choose how many piece you would like to have on Boneless Thursday, if you are ordering 'boneless,' with minimum of four pieces per sauce, if asking for multiple sauces. I often order 10 pieces, but they occasionally give out less pieces, and I complained once right after when I got it on my table, which was yesterday night. She smiled at me like she has nothing to do with this issue, and left. It was ridiculous.
I'm starting to think not to visit here as often as I used to, and if I am to visit here, I feel like I MUST TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE RECEIPT or ask for highly experienced employees. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and my 5 other friends went here tonight and it was completely aweful. When we came in we where told to sit near the bar area and we waited 10 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. When the drinks made it to our table my friend asked the waitress for sugar packs for her unsweetened tea and she forgot all the way up until our food made it to the table. It took another 15 minutes after RECEIVING drinks to be asked what we wanted to eat. The whole time we were there the waitress was stoning around dropping menus and stuff because she was so mad for some reason. When the food actually made it to the table the waitress yelled and argued with another worker to give it to us because I guess she was too busy. Then (here's a good one) they forgot to bring the same friend that didn't get the sugar their food and none of us received forks to eat with so NONE of us could eat! We didn't say anything for about 10 minutes we were waiting to see if maybe they were still cooking her food and we were trying to be paitient about it. Eventually my friend stopped her from her running around and told her and she kinda freaked out and started appoligizing. Eventually everyone got our food and after THREE time of walking back everyone got forks to eat with. By that time everyone was out of something to drink so here we are finally with food and nothing to drink. We had to bother her again and hope we weren't going to get a good attitude about it. This wasn't a good experience and I don't recommend going there. It's really not great.
I'd also like to throw in that after we finally got out of that place me and me friends were standing in the parking lot when a $99.00 charge showed up on his account after his $46.00 meal... We hadn't even left yet. So we will be looking into that also.
