01/28/25 Decided to try this place one more time. Place has maybe three other tables filled when I walk in, and there is nobody at the host stand. Wait about 10 minutes before being greeted and seated. Music is loud enough to interrupt any thought formation. Attempt to request a seat away from the group we were brought next to as they had kids kicking and shaking the connected booth. I was told all other tables were closed. Understandable I guess. Drinks were brought promptly to the table. Water was surprisingly refreshing. Didn't have a chemical taste at all. Order took about 25 minutes to get to the table. Not a terribly long wait, but I wish they would have let us know about turnaround time. Order came out mixed up with my wife's wings and mine mixed up together. I'm not exactly a fan of Maple Chipotle, thus why I didn't ask for any on my half. Wings were juicy and tasted well enough except for the mild wings. Those were dry. Maybe it's just the sauce. A little fun coincidence: I only got 6 flats in my whole order of 30 wings. (No complaint here. I just got a chuckle out of that). Overall, I can see why it took me over 4 years to come back to this place. Wouldn't recommend this place for the wings or the service.

Horrible customer service.. Did a web order for me and family arrived to pick it up it has 5 other people waiting some who said they had been there almost an hour..My food was not ready.. After waiting 30mins I received my food but asked could I check my order for accuracy before I leave.. I realized I was missing two items hatch queso and a large fry when I pulled my receipt and showed the waiter his response was ā€œ you will have to take it up with my managerā€ instead of him just pulling my receipt and making it right.. Manager comes and is digging all through the bag and sees it missing he goes back to kitchen to retrieve missing items.. When I get home I realize the chips with the hatch queso is literally just crumbs and my wings were hard and old like it’s ridiculous and their response was it’s busy and chaotic and there literally was only 6 parties seated that’s not busy…I’ve worked fast food that was horrible customer service and they were not busy what so ever.. This location is horrible this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with a web order

Revisit, My wife and daughters visited for lunch. Our waitress was awesome but extremely overloaded. They are clearly short handed. The food was good for the most part. The coleslaw is not that great to me. I love coleslaw but it wasn’t that good. The nachos on the appetizer tray was soggy and not that good, The Buffalo Chicken wrap in my opinion was overpowered by Buffalo sauce. I like Buffalo sauce but too much on this wrap and you can’t taste anything except the sauce. Other than that the rest of the food was good and we had a good time. Oh man this place has some good food. I brought my sons here for lunch(there first time) and BWW didn't disappoint. I had the double cheeseburger and honestly this thing is in my top 5 and the onion rings were awesome. My son had the Chicken Quesadilla and loved it. Our waitress was new but she did an awesome job. This maybe our new go to place. Thanks everyone for the time and effort you put into serving good quality food.

Where should I start? I placed an online order last night for 20 wings. The online confirmation gave a pick up time of 11:20pm. I arrived around that time and the pickup counter was vacant. I scanned the restaurant and saw two occupied tables with a total of five people. Near the bar, there were two tables with about 8 people at each. I waited for a few minutes and no one came to the pickup area or the front.

So, I left the pickup area and approached the only employee in sight, the female bartender. I informed her that I was there to pickup an online order. She seemed agitated and asked if there was anyone up front, to which I responded "no". She then huffed and left the bar and went to the kitchen to find someone. I followed her to the entrance of the kitchen area and it was pure pandemonium. The cooks were just piling trays of cooked food, for who I assume were the bar area tables, on top of each other. The bartender then returns and advises me that my order is not ready and that there are at least 12 tickets in front of it.

I then request that the order be cancelled and my money refunded. The bartender, still obviously aggravated, walks off to "find somebody else." Minutes later, a female server approaches me and asks what is the name on my order. I give her all the details I previously gave the bartender. She then goes to the kitchen and returns with the same update. No food and they cannot give me an ETA. I then make a second request to cancel the order and to refund my money. The server then advises that only a manager can do that. This was shocking to me that a manager was even on duty considering how poorly it was being managed at the time.

By this time, I've been waiting about 20 minutes for food I was never going to receive and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the manager to saunter to the counter with the attitude of unconcern. Once the manager arrived, she would not cancel the order in my presence, but advised that she would need the last four digits of my card and I should receive a refund in 7-10 business days.

During this entire time, a party of three young ladies arrived and were waiting to be seated. The restaurant was 90% empty. After waiting for 15 minutes, the server then informed them that it would be at least an hour wait before they would possibly receive food.

I don't know when or how BBW got so bad, but last night was awful!

EMPLOYEE TRAINING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I frequently go to B-Dubs for BONELESS THURSDAY. I visited this location more than just couple of times with different friends, and I have been dissatisfied with many visits for several problems all cause by ignorant employees.

(1) I did not order side menus, but then employee brought it up to me and said side menus come with the main dish today specially, and later one, it was charged on my receipt. I asked what happened, and she said "I didn't know, but you have to pay what you had." B-Dubs employee shifted the blame to whom ate the food, rather than herself who knew nothing about the policies. At the end, I had to pay and left. What can I do?

(2) As I mentioned, I frequently go there for Boneless Thursday. Some employees do not aware of what Boneless Thursday is. Maybe they never tried this event and never been at the B-Dubs previously, but not knowing when they are working there is I think a big problem.

(3) Drinks often not refilled. Many visits of mine had only a cup of drinks. I'm not talking about the alcoholic beverages, which I believe cannot be refiled, right? I always order either one of soda or water, and only a couple of times refilled as right after the cup has been emptied out, but mostly DID NOT.

(4) You can choose how many piece you would like to have on Boneless Thursday, if you are ordering 'boneless,' with minimum of four pieces per sauce, if asking for multiple sauces. I often order 10 pieces, but they occasionally give out less pieces, and I complained once right after when I got it on my table, which was yesterday night. She smiled at me like she has nothing to do with this issue, and left. It was ridiculous.

I'm starting to think not to visit here as often as I used to, and if I am to visit here, I feel like I MUST TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE RECEIPT or ask for highly experienced employees. I'm not talking about all the employees are ignorant, but many are, and DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED for extra trainings. If manager(s) of this particular location read this, PLEASE,...

Me and my 5 other friends went here tonight and it was completely aweful. When we came in we where told to sit near the bar area and we waited 10 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. When the drinks made it to our table my friend asked the waitress for sugar packs for her unsweetened tea and she forgot all the way up until our food made it to the table. It took another 15 minutes after RECEIVING drinks to be asked what we wanted to eat. The whole time we were there the waitress was stoning around dropping menus and stuff because she was so mad for some reason. When the food actually made it to the table the waitress yelled and argued with another worker to give it to us because I guess she was too busy. Then (here's a good one) they forgot to bring the same friend that didn't get the sugar their food and none of us received forks to eat with so NONE of us could eat! We didn't say anything for about 10 minutes we were waiting to see if maybe they were still cooking her food and we were trying to be paitient about it. Eventually my friend stopped her from her running around and told her and she kinda freaked out and started appoligizing. Eventually everyone got our food and after THREE time of walking back everyone got forks to eat with. By that time everyone was out of something to drink so here we are finally with food and nothing to drink. We had to bother her again and hope we weren't going to get a good attitude about it. This wasn't a good experience and I don't recommend going there. It's really not great.

I'd also like to throw in that after we finally got out of that place me and me friends were standing in the parking lot when a $99.00 charge showed up on his account after his $46.00 meal... We hadn't even left yet. So we will be looking into that also.
