Office Depot — Attraction in Alexandria

Store was clean, employees were helpful, and we got helped soon after arrival. We did show up towards the end of their work day (7:30-ish, I think?), since they close at 9 PM, so maybe that was why so many employees were congregating near the front? I think we were the only customers at that time.

Office Depot has a variety of "office products", technology, and office furniture. There's also some miscellaneous stuff to buy. Mom was looking for a new laptop, and Walmart was sold out of the one she wanted. She couldn't find it online, like the employee there suggested, so she bought one for free (same day) pick up. Stopped in to get some copies and took 30 minutes just to get waited on. Only one poor lady working in copy/print section while 5 people are waiting in line, she's having to do everything on her own while 4 other employees just stand around or pretending to work to the computer. Then the price signs are miss leading. It says 54cent per copy, so to save paper that front /back copies made. They charge 67 cent per side...more than double when your trying to save paper. 65 cent each is resonable for the extra ink. Total rip off...screw Office Deopt...

Will lock the door in your face an entire 20 minutes before closing time. Extremely unprofessional. Additionally, I was there 10 minutes before other customers were there when suddenly they unlocked the door and allowed these 2 extra customers to come in while I was walking towards the door. When I asked why the 2 additional customers were allowed in but not me, the worker proceeded to argue with me and say they couldn’t allow anyone else in when they just had 5 seconds ago. A joke.
