Beautiful park right on the Potomac River in North Old Town. Usually pretty quiet, this park has a great mix of walking paths, open grass, and shady spots to sit. Lined with multiple benches and some picnic tables, you can come for a whole day, or just walk through. Views on the water range from National Harbor all the way up to Navy Yard and the Capitol Building. As locals, we come here all the time and always find it enjoyable and relaxing.
