I’m so glad I found this company! Our stand alone freezer all of the sudden wasn’t cooling! Between having it repaired and buying a new one, we decided to find someone to fix it. After several attempts of looking for an honest, reliable and knowledgeable ppl, someone up above, directed me to this company. Nouman initially answered my call and first thing he asked was to send him a picture of the serial number and make of our freezer. After an hour, Kamran showed up to our front door. I showed him our freezer and he started working on it. After about 30 minutes he identified the problem. He showed and explained it to me. He however said that the parts needed has to be bought and so left but said he’ll be back. After a couple of hours he called me back and said that the parts had to be ordered in California and will be delivered overnight. So he told me he will be back the next day between 12-1 pm. True to his words, he came back the next day. After an hour of working on it, our freezer is back working. In summary, my husband and I were beyond grateful to the job well done by Kamran. He did what he say he will! I am so grateful and thankful and now knowing we have their back with all my appliances issues. Thank you, Kamran! We called Nouman of Just Appliances last Saturday because the ice maker in our 10 yr. old GE refrigerator was barely making any ice cubes. Nouman was able to do some trouble shooting over the phone. He came out to our home that same day & confirmed that our ice maker was close to failing. Because this was happening over a weekend, Nouman advised us that he would pick up a replacement ice maker first thing Monday morning. Nauman was professional, pleasant & punctual. His prices were refreshingly reasonable. After replacing our ice maker he pulled out our refrigerator, cleaned the coils & vacuumed behind & underneath our frig. and didn't charge for the clean up. Nouman was efficient and very knowledgeable and was delightful to work with. We would not hesitate to call on him in the future.
