Last-Minute Birthday Party Saved by Willie and ULTRAZONE! I'm thrilled to share our amazing experience at Laser Tag with Ultrazone! With only a few day's notice, I needed a venue for my son's birthday party, and Willie, the owner, came to the rescue. Despite the short notice, Willie and his team went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable celebration.
The laser tag facility is top-notch, with a two level arena and quality equipment. The staff was friendly, organized, and super attentive, making sure everyone had a blast. We had an incredible party host who personally oversaw the party, ensuring every detail was taken care of.
What truly impressed me was Willie’s understanding and swift willingness to accommodate our last-minute request. His exceptional customer service and kindness made all the difference for this mamma. He even took the time on his day off to make sure my son had a special big day!
If you're looking for a fun, reliable, and stress-free party venue, look no further than ULTRAZONE. Willie and his team will take care...
Read moreI can only speak for the laser tag.
There's a lot of things wrong with it..
• Your suit might not light up, which actually helps you.
• Some don't have score displays (though you can see the scores after the game on a scoreboard)
• You can die before your color comes back (and there will be people following you waiting for you to respawn just spamming the laser)
• Bases are worth 2,000pts so you'll probably have a swarm just sitting at a base attacking it.
• There's a lot of campers so even after they die they just stay at the same spot (which can work to your advantage if you do it back, but that sounds boring to me, personally)
• There aren't enough green suits.
• There's a 2nd floor that people can attack you from and you can't see them and then they just hide.
I've been to two other laser tag places and neither had this many issues. If you're going to give it a shot go on Thursday so you can get an all day (until 7:30PM)...
Read moreIt is a fun place with friends and enough people. If not, it is a bit boring. For me, I went with a group of 7 and played against 15 other people so it was a good amount of people. Each play is $10 while an unlimited pass ranges from $17 to $28 depending on when you go. After a few games, I was content. If I played a few more games, I am pretty sure I would have been bored. It really depends on the friend group you have though.
The way that the game is setup is that there are 3 different teams with each team having a base. There are two floors which provides a decent amount of variety. When I played, I had a few guns which were broken so that ruined the game for me. I feel like this detracted from the experience since I kept getting shot but I couldn't shoot anyone else.
Overall, the game pricing was pretty nice, but it makes sense because the area was big. Although, the fact that several guns were broken was a...
