Road to Seoul BBQ in Alhambra is a standout destination for those seeking a delightful dining experience. Known for its exceptional customer service and an unbeatable all-you-can-eat BBQ offering at an affordable price, this restaurant has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The house specialty at Road to Seoul BBQ is their marinated meats, particularly the beef bulgogi and pork belly, which are packed with flavor and can be grilled to perfection. Special mention is the long intentine which is very tasty and greesily addicting The buffet section boasts an impressive array of dishes, including: Fresh vegetables - A selection of seasonal greens perfect for grilling and other veggy like mushroom. Side dishes: Traditional Korean banchan such as kimchi, pickled radish, and various salads. We love their tofu egg soup as well because it is very tasty. To complement the delicious food, Road to Seoul BBQ offers a variety of drinks, including: Soju: A popular Korean spirit. Beer: Local and imported options. Soft drinks: A range of non-alcoholic beverages for all ages. People are drawn to Road to Seoul BBQ not just for the food, but also for the vibrant atmosphere and the unique dining experience it offers. The restaurant features a beautifully designed layout that is both spacious and inviting, providing plenty of room for groups and families to enjoy their meals comfortably. Adding to the modern dining experience is their robot waiter, which efficiently delivers food and drinks to tables. This innovative service enhances the experience by reducing wait times and adding a fun element to the meal. The robot navigates smoothly through the dining area, allowing guests to enjoy their food without interruption. The restaurant is equipped with excellent ventilation, ensuring that the air remains fresh, even during busy hours. This is particularly important in a BBQ setting, where cooking can create smoke. Additionally, the freshness of the vegetables, meat, and fish is evident in every bite, contributing to a high-quality dining experience. The side dishes are also prepared with great care, ensuring that each element of the meal is delightful. Road to Seoul BBQ in Alhambra is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Korean BBQ in a spacious, well-designed environment, complete with impressive customer service and innovative technology.

I’ve been to Road To Seoul in Ktown before, but this was my first visit to their Alhambra location. Craving some delicious Korean BBQ, my initial plan was to go to Gen BBQ. However, the wait there was insanely long, so my friend and I decided to check out Road to Seoul instead. To our delight, the wait time was only 15 minutes, so we decided to stay. True to their word, we were seated promptly, and we were thrilled. Both Road to Seoul and Gen offer all-you-can-eat BBQ for the same price: $29.99 for the basic AYCE option. Trust me, the basic package is more than enough with its vast array of choices. What sets Road to Seoul apart is their self-serve bar for appetizers, side dishes, and sauces. The appetizers were a hit with options like fried dumplings, chap chae, and fried wings. The side dishes didn't disappoint either, featuring a variety of kimchi, cucumbers, and bean sprouts. They even have tofu soup and fresh lettuce for wraps. When it came to the meat, we ordered brisket, fatty beef belly, shrimp, pork belly, kalbi, squid, and octopus. Each item was delectable, and I was more than satisfied. In fact, I ate so much that I don’t think I’ll be craving Korean BBQ for a while! Service was great! As soon as I mentioned that they were out of tofu soup, it was replaced when I go back. The staff members were very friendly too! An added bonus is their 50% off deal for birthdays. I’m already planning to come back for mine. All in all, Road to Seoul in Alhambra exceeded my expectations and will definitely be seeing me again!

This friday, I tried the BBQ AYCE callled Road to Seoul BBQ. The place good and clean, and got 15 items for you to order for the AYCE , but when you order maximum only can order 3 items in once and you cant order until you finish all. Actually the meats are delicious, it just when you order for the next meats, its takes lil long for you too wait it comes out, so to be honest, makes you fast feel full on your stomach. And when you called the waiter for next order, he act lil busy so takes you few times to called him till his eyes straight on you. They need to make the service better, or maybe thats how the place work so we cant order much haha. Anyway, for the drink they will provide you water, or if you follow they IG or FB, you can have 1 free soft drink lile coke, sprite, etc all you have to do just show it that you did followed the Rlas to Seoul IG/FB. They also offer you rice and they also have little side dish but morely to vegetables, you can see on my picture and 1 tofu soup, i like this tofu soup, you can try it. Well, if you confuse what you want to eat for Lunch on the weekend, you can try this place, it cost $19.99/person, cos most restaurant got more higher price on the weekend (start Friday to Sunday)

Today is the 19th of December. It is my birthday. For the last 7 years I have had my birthday at Road to Seoul in Los Angeles. I have NEVER had a bad experience! I recently moved to pasadena and decided to go to the road to Seoul in Alhambra. Our server was Nikki. 50 minutes in our grill was still not lit. Countless orders for meat, teas, and rice were not brought to the table. Nikki completely dissapeard halfway during the dinner, I sincerley hope she is OK because when I was a server I would NEVER would ghost my customers.. We were sat in the coldest table in the restaraunt where cold air was blowing though the door and, the a/c was blasting and they told us we could not move to a warm table. Another server who told us we could not move was obviously cold as he was standing there telling us why we could not move tables. It had to be made an issue. I am the least difficult of customers. My best friend arrived and couldn't take the cold with his 11 month pregnant wife. I have a 14 month old little girl that I should have complained for before they got there anyways we just decided to leave her outdoor clothes on sweater and all. My sister from Washington State said it must be warmer where she came from. I was told all the managers had gone home. I was told Cindy was the owner. The whole time I was there I watched Cindy go around and help every customer she had 100% but when it came down to talking to me she did not want to deal with the problem of her unprofessional staff. Either I was lied to about her being in charge, or Cindy needs to step up and hold her staff accountable. I didn't come here to party with my friends and cause problems. I came with my wife, my sister, father, mother, and children. I do not understand how a family could be treated with such disregard. I won't be back which is a damn shame. The meat is delicious. The salad bar looked like a tornado hit it. As the dinner progressed they gave less and less meat out. It was the first time I've left KBBQ still hungry. This place is hit or miss, and we definitely missed out on having what could have been a wonderful family dinner. If it was my restaraunt I would appoint general manager that wants to see the buisness flourish and get rid of your staff that doesn't...

This place is absolutely unprofessional and should not be open for business. My bf and I stopped in because it was open and smelled good from the outside. We came in sat down and ordered our meats. One of the meats was a marinated rib finger meat. It came out and right away we could tell it wasn’t marinated. Popped it onto the grill let it cook and tasted like absolutely nothing. I told the waiter and he just shrugged it off and said “he didn’t make the meats”. My bf ended up eating absolutely nothing. He didn’t touch any of the meats we ordered or anything from the salad bar. All he ate was a steamed egg. I had everything on my plate. All the meats, stuff from the salad bar and rice. My bf asked the waiter since he didn’t end up eating anything if it was ok to not be charged. That he would pay for the steamed egg he ordered and for “one all you can eat person”. The waiter said sure no problem man let me ask for you. Five minutes later the kid and his manager come to our table WITH THE POLICE. THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND TOLD THEM WE WERE REFUSING TO PAY! Not one single time did we try to get up to leave, not one single time did we even say or even refuse to pay. NOT ONCE. We told the cops what we had asked the kid and told them we had never refused to pay. All we did WAS ASK A QUESTION. The police apologized for the confusion and asked us to just pay. COMPLETELY EMBARRASSING, UNNECESSARY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AND RUDE. Not only that my bf is disabled. He showed the police his cane telling them we weren’t even going anywhere. We weren’t trying to even leave. I was still eating my food as well?? We ended up paying and just left. I completely lost my appetite we were so embarrassed. NEVER AGAIN. Maybe don’t hire teens to work here and get a better manager that won’t assume things about how someone looks and who racially profile them as well. Completely...
