GO TO THIS DISPENSARY AT YOUR OWN RISK
Ever since Liberty-Cranberry opened, this location has been declining exponentially--first, the selection of products started to dwindle. No more relying on the strain that has been keeping your anxiety at bay for weeks! Then, they became unpredictably variable--trying a new strain for your pains since the one you had before was gone? Don't get too used to it--next week, it WILL be gone. I just came home from this location. I went in to grab AK sugar wax today (which I asked for, verbatim), and was instead given AK shatter. Not only do these products burn at different temperatures, have different concentrations of THC, CBD, etc., but the Shatter I received in error was $20 more. $70 for a GRAM of shatter! Of course, realizing this mistake, I ran back inside to exchange my product for the one I wanted. I was told by the young lady at the door that "once the product leaves the store, it can only be returned if it is faulty". What? What other place has a policy so ableist, classist, and with complete disregard for the possibility of human error? CVS, Giant Eagle, Old Navy, even Papa John's will WORK with you when errors are made, or let you exchange products for the ones you MEANT to grab. There is nothing special about medical marijuana that warrants this. The container is sealed, no? Attached is my receipt. By 13:20 I was walking back to my car after being told the exchange could not be made. I also would like to add that the cashiers are all inexperienced. I ASKED for what I wanted, was given the wrong thing, and now I have to pay for their mistakes. Liberty Aliquippa, there is a difference between sugar wax and shatter. As a matter of fact, Liberty Aliquippa has always stricken me as discriminatory: when they had changed their rewards system into something you MUST opt into via an app--ableism and classism. Does everyone have a phone? Is the app accessible to those with visual disabilities? When they said that SSI/SSDI discounts cannot be applied to curbside pickup--ableist and classist. Do you think people on Madicaid/Medicare/SSDI do not have cars? Or compromised immune systems? How about that cash-only rule? I had counted these issues as "the cost of doing business" with them, but never again. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. All I wanted was AK sugar wax. I would give zero stars if I could.
UPDATE as of 14:03: We called the dispensary, and after not getting through to them multiple times, the manager listened to the story, and I...
Read moreEdited : Updated to accurately reflect my experiences as of Sept 2022. I decided to return and try this location again ( about 6 months since I shopped here). I'm happy to report that i had a great experience today. As this positive interaction is/ was what I was originally impressed by at this location. Please read below for accolades and comments about service. I'm not one that is swayed by money, a.k.a. savings, over my self respect(read below), kindness, decency, etc. Be it money on gas to go to anther dispo, or even the sales. This dispo is the best imo because of the people. That being said, I am happy to type I'll definitely be back soon.
Original review.......Many are amazing, always kind, patient and helpful to everyone I see him/ her working with. Great attitude, takes pride in his/her job, they're passionate and extremely knowledgeable. As well as many other employees there to mention a few. Ashley, Nino, Jared, "Laser" , the 2 security gents, and anyone else I forgot that's been amazing, thank you! I unfortunately, will not be returning much, if at all . As they say "one bad apple can ruin the bunch. " I highly doubt anyone ,on any site, would give the employee I'm speaking about a positive review (Amy). Especially if they'd have been treated the way my cousin was, after recently having a kidney and liver transplant, then had her left leg amputated. Now I know everyone has a bad day, and every dispensary has different rules/guidelines. This is not the issue whatsoever. The issues are that she was treated rudely, completely inconsiderate, and Amy just plainly didn't seem to care. In addition to this, We were given the option for my cousin to stanin pretty sure this is a medical program, and patients deserve respect too! Go wait for me ,or I could leave with her. 2options given to us by Amy. No matter that we came together because she cannot drive right? No matter they provide seats that are supposed to be for patients waiting, right? No matter I was not able to order anything because, apparently, a less capable patient wasnt allowed to sit in a chair for 5 minutes? We went in together and Amy saw me helping/ escorting my cousin in, she was working the window/ door?! So I conclude by saying, "I highly doubt anything will even be done about this, nor do these big corps care about one person's needs. They care about one thing, money. Thank you sincerely to everyone at liberty Aliquippa whom have...
Read moreYour time and the people still in prison despite marijuana legality, will never be important to any of the dispensaries in PA. This state is run by old greedy men who live to create monopolies and screw thr public out of every last dime they can get... including the dispensaries themselves. Now that the democrats have control, insteadnof fixing the problems and giving people what they want, they are sticking their hands in and approving growers to sell direct to cut out the gop owned shops and approve more licenses. No homegrow in sight, they want every last dime and marijuana state stores while felonies can still be issued at their discretion. Just another greedy hand in the mix. They sell completed orders out from under people and when we get there, they arent sorry at all nor do they offer anything for your wasted time or gas. They total orders wrong and then get upset when you tell them, as if they could never make an error. Every last location has been extremely rude and unaccountable. None of the workers know anything about the so-called medicine they sell. But they will always recommend expried products and the big money makers, hoping we know even less. Now any dispensary who also sells their own products are overpricing everything else and selling their own slightly cheaper. DONT FORGET TO CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING. APPARENTLY STATE REGULATIONS ALLOW DISPENSARIES TO SEND PEOPLE HOME WITH THE WRONG MEDICATIONS DESPITE WHAT THEY PAID FOR. Next time, the joint commission will be called. Not that the state does anything but hide it for money. I used to work in Healthcare before walking away. I have letters from just about every employer I have ever worked for recognizing "excellence" in caring job performance only to be fired for no just cause later after reporting violations to the state agencies. You should see what the state hides for nursing homes and hospitals to avoid having to spend money fixing it. Do what's right, not just what's right for you and your paycheck Friday... otherwise, you are part of...
