Metro Vapor Plus — Attraction in Allen Park

I came to this location for the first time awhile ago after all my friends told me to get away from another store down the street to get my vape stuff, and let me tell you guys, this store has a WIDE selection of stuff, like holy moly it blows other stores away from their selections, and they have a lot of Naked juices (which a lot of other places only have one) and thats refreshing to see, after a few times of coming in I decided to finally give this place a rating, I wanna start off with saying the kinda shorter with a beard dude and the other big bearded kinda bigger, had a naked hat on(only remember cause I want that hat!) dude are very knowledgeable in their products, The first time I came to the store, the shorter bearded guy was beyond helpful, the other guy tho, didnt even greet me, was too busy talking about his jeep with some other other people at the counter while the shorter one was helping people out. the 2nd Time I came in, the bigger bearded dude was with the shorter bearded dude I had previously had help me before, and these dudes helped me out with so much information, stuff I didnt know/was told about from the other shop down the street, beyond grateful of that, the most recent time it was the short dude and the jeep guy again, jeep guy again didnt greet me and was chatting it up with customers sitting at the counter, the shorter dude helped me out again. if it wasnt for the other dudes and their customer service I'd give this a lower rating, but a 5 star is perfect just for those two dudes I have mentioned (sorry I didnt get your names!) the stores cleanliness, and their selection. I avoid going to the store when I see a jeep in the parking lot, cause I know it has to be that Jeep dude, he alone makes me not wanna come back, seems to be a know it all and kinda a jerk to other customers.

Overall 5/5 for everything, I Highly recommended going to this shop for all your vape needs and to get legit products...

How much you like this store will depend on how you like stores similar to this. If you want to be treated like a client in a professional environment, this is not your place. It's fairly obvious from the moment you wade your way through the dense fog: this is a small club of people who cater to the "cloud chasers", carrying largely brand new devices and popular brands of E-liquid. If you want prompt service, be prepared to assert your presence and be the first one to speak, or you will spend 20-30 minutes standing at the counter, making occasional eye contact with the staff before one of them gets curious enough to ask you why you stumbled into their clubhouse. This store is not for new vapers. The shelves are plastered with 300 watt devices and advanced hardware, and not a SINGLE PRICE TAG IN SIGHT, (sketchy practice to me), that appeals to the hobbyist vapers. If you're looking for starter kits, individualized attention and beginner help, check out somewhere else just a few miles away, where they welcome newbies to be taught. This is a hangout for the "elites", not a generic store for the average smoker or newer vaper. Don't get me wrong, I'm a cloud-chaser who can make good use of most everything in the store, I just prefer it be a more professional environment where it doesn't feel like I'm being judged for carrying in a measly 150 watt device from a year ago as if I had just worn a tuxedo t-shirt into princess...

Great customer service. Always acknowledged when entering. They have a massive selection of mods and juices to choose from. If you're not sure on what juice you want they have digital menus available and a juice bar to sample or if you ask they will offer you insight and recommendations based off what you're looking for.

They are up front and honest. No pressure when browsing. Would highly recommend this shop whether you've been vaping for awhile or just get starting. Products range from beginner to vet. Pricing is fair. You can find some items cheaper online but the atmosphere and instant gratification make up for it without a doubt.

They also have a lounge area with a television if you're looking to hangout with other customers/friends.

All that I've stated are points that this shop stands out on its own. They carry so much more product and genuine knowledge and passion versus other vape/smoke shops.

One thing to note, if you're driving anything low to the ground make sure to cut the wheel when leaving as the exit is a bit on...
