@steve the owner, This BIGGBY is getting a rap for being slow and incorrect orders/poorly made items⦠I didnāt mind that because they are new. About 2 months ago, I came in and there was a young lady there (that has been fired sense than) she did not toast my turkey Havarty I came back, she again did not toast it and this time I noticed right away because the sandwich was cold , I came back a third time from the same issue walked up to the window and said I just want a refund Iām not hungry anymore and if I was this is cold and has one thin piece of meat on it, she said this is how I was taught to make it, I said by not toasting it ? the other employee (supervisor maybe) ? Said please let me remake this for you, being as I go there 3X a day I said ok because I didnāt want problems . She remade it and said do you want to check? I said no, Iām sure it correct because I can feel that itās hot like it usually is, I never ate that sandwich of fear that something was done to it. Before this incident I had been buying this sandwich for months and never a problem. Today I go in, (two months after the incident) and a different employee comes to the window and says just so you know if you want your bagel extra toasted you need to say something at the speaker or itās going to be as is . I said I didnāt ask for that, she said I know but the owner told us you like your bagel extra toasted an I wanted to make sure we are on the same page.. I said youāre talking about an incident with an employee that no longer works here because she couldnāt do her job properly and I donāt think itās funny, I came back 3 times that day because she gave me a raw bagel, I never asked for a special treatment and never had an issue after that, she said I know I just wanted to make sure we are on the same page , I said did I ask this time? She said no. I said did you toast it extra this time? She said no.. I said I never had a problem with the sandwich Iāve been eating for months before and after that incident . She didnāt respond. Itās very unprofessional to start an argument with a customer at the window for something that happened months ago .. it let me know they have been talking about me this whole time and I go there 3 times a day to over pay for products that they typically donāt get right, this is just inappropriate on so many levels and idk how I feel about going back but I would like to talk to Steve the owner...

As I corrected her she said I was rude, as she apparently canāt please my order she refunded my money in cash as I paid with card and told Me to go on my way. Went to an another Biggby in Allen park and was treated with respect. Been coming to this Biggby since opening day as I live .5 miles away and patronized everyday. This has been the second time I have received horrible service and Iāve owned businesses in the community. Will no longer patronize and tell others not as well.
