I am so disappointed with Say it With flowers. In fact, this is an email I sent to them explaining how I felt after their services that I sent to them and I NEVER received an email back. No response, when all I wanted was an explanation and/or a simply apology. What horrible customer service.
What was sent: "I confidently chose Say It With Flowers as my wedding vendor for multiple positive reasons one including referrals. Throughout the months we were planning our wedding details, I spoke with Stan as well as other employees on more than one occasion in regards to my vision for the flowers I wanted on my wedding day.
I even went as far as printing pictures of the EXACT flowers I wanted to replicate and handing them over for your shop to keep for reference.
I felt everyone understood my vision. Come my wedding day, my flowers were NOTHING as we had spoke about. I asked for blush flowers, I received pink. I said no lilies even though you Stan suggested lillies, I received lilies. I told you I don't like lillies at all. I asked for astilbe for men's corsages and in all arrangements, I received babies breath. I didn't get ANY astilbe in any bouquet or centerpiece. And that's what I was looking forward to in my flowers. This is a few examples to say the least. It's a good thing my photographer edited photos and it made the pink look blush.
For the reasons above and so much more, I am VERY disappointed with how my flowers turned out. Flowers mean so much on a wedding day, and the vision I had seeing them for the first time was ruined. This is not something I should have to feel. I paid $2,400 dollars.
Can I ask how this happened? When there were pictures? And all details written out in front of me?
I feel this is something that needs to be addressed and something that shouldn't have happened at all. I have always said such great things about your flower shop. Truthfully, I'm in shock."

Read moreBuyer beware! I purchased flowers through a local florist and the order was wired to Say it With Flowers in Allen Park. The order, which cost $250, was for a funeral arrangement in honor of my deceased sister-in-law. What was made and delivered was nothing like what was ordered.
The arrangement that I ordered was supposed to have mainly bright pink and soft pink roses with a few purple and lavender flowers in the mix. The picture posted on the flower shop named it "Forever Cherished Crescent Spray." What was delivered to the funeral home was nothing like what was ordered. (While this is the picture of what was delivered, it is NOT reflective of what was ordered.)
It contained all purple flowers, many of which were droopy. Nothing like the picture...expect for the height and width of the arrangement.
I called my local flower shop to report my disappointment in what was delivered to the funeral home in Allen Park. They subsequently followed up with Say it With Flowers. I was told that the staff/manager at Say it With Flowers was offended that there was a complaint; that the florist used his/her artistic flair.
This experience was horrible and I would not recommend purchasing flower arrangements from this business.

After of figuring out what flowers would be best for the bridal bouquet, we started talking about what color roses for the boutonnières we should have. He was clearly inconvenienced because we were asking for recommendations for the bouquet. Then when we asked what black magic roses looked like, he told us he didn’t have any and to look it up. When we Googled it, we were like oh that’s too dark, and magically he came up with his own picture. Then he proceeded to tell us that he “got a bad vibe from us” and didn’t want to do business with us. He already has 4 weddings that weekend and he’s been on magazine covers 🙄 not quite sure who is using you with that attitude buddy, but OK. It’s appalling how someone who should be patient and helpful was the EXACT OPPOSITE. Sorry we chose not to use you for the centerpieces, but then be direct and let us know you don’t just do bouquets, not take our appointment and be extremely rude. I have never met a business owner with a nasty attitude like that, and would NEVER recommend anyone using him. He could give me my bouquet for free and I wouldn’t take it from him.
