The Pit Stop — Attraction in Allen Park

I've taken a couple vehicles there on the advice of my brother who is one of my go to people for checking small problems. I figured if he trusts them they must be good. They have been able to fix every problem so far. When my heat went out in my old vehicle, I thought it was the blower motor but it was just one component ($200 cheaper) and instead of scamming me like they easily could have, informed me it was just that piece and replaced it. Took my current truck there, and the first time they checked it out, it turned out to be a piece that was still under warranty from the previous owner, and even though I didnt have them do the work, they were incredibly polite. Just today I took my truck in because of a weird sound after doing my brakes and they shaved down the piece making the sound, but didnt even charge me. This is hands down, the BEST place to take your vehicle. Their turn around has always been quick (almost always same day for cause, and MAYBE next day for repair, if not same day). The prices are more than fair, especially given the quality of the work. 10/10 would recommend. Seriously, I could not recommend this...

I took my car in for repairs after being referred by a relative. My car was making a really loud noise when I turned and stopped to break. I was told I needed new axels and sway bar links that could only be supplied by the dealership. My car was in the shop for a week.I picked my vehicle up after hours and had to turn around to return it to the shop because it was shaking so badly it wasn’t safe to drive. I spoke with the owner the next day and was told the repairs were complete, when I. Fact my car was driving the same way when I took it in, my car was also sputtering and I was told it wasn’t. The owner was very rude and argumentative, I returned the same rudeness to him, he then told me I needed new tires, he provides two used tires after our consternation so conversation. Fast forward a year later, I need new sway bar links AGAIN!! I called to find out about my warranty and was told by an employee that there was a two year warranty on the parts. I asked about it and the owner was extremely rude with me, I tried having my husband speak with him and he was the same, RUDE! If I could...

Rei and Pit Stop were phenomenal with their customer service from start to finish. Rei truly treated me like family& he was incredibly accommodating while keeping me informed every step of the way. I received updates through text messages, photos, and phone calls, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

What really stood out was Rei’s integrity and transparency. As a woman, it's not always easy to feel confident in this industry, but Rei was genuine, respectful, and upfront about everything. His pricing was reasonable, and you could tell he values honesty above all else.
