Grants Soft Serve — Restaurant in Allen Park

I've been going to Grant's for many years, and happy to see they have re-opened with new owners. So gave them a try last night, I ordered 1 large artic swirl as I have in the past with custard, ( took it go to last night ) realized when I opened it when I got home, it was vanilla ice cream and filled only 3/4 the way full. So basically I got a medium for the large price in a large cup. I was very disappointed. I will give them the benefit of the doubt the employees are new, but next time I will not get it to go and will go back to the window if it's not...

I like this place because they are close and friendly, but I swear it is never operating at the same time. You also have to ring a bell to get service which a woman wearing a manager t-shirt informed me. Personally I don't think you should have to do this and the employee should be in the front of the store. Each time I have gone I have to ring the stupid bell to hope someone comes from the back. I would say they come to the front about 75% of the time. This is why they received four stars, for the terribly...

Normally love this place. Today at 5 I ordered. We are the only people there. Then she tells us it will be a few because "they just opened," but the hours say noon. Then tells us "the ice cream will be out in a few." After waiting 5 minutes she served me a already melting, not even frozen cone. If you didn't have a certain flavor just say that. I ordered a medium but was served a half melting small. Which I threw away. Waste of...
