Just spent 30 dollars on food for my family and I. Ate one taco, fine. Second taco l, half way through, I see a hair. Called the location and told by cashier that policy is that they have to make it over, no refunds. I told them I will accept I ate the first one, but I wanted my money back for the rest? and I find this unacceptable. Why would I want to have someone make my food there again? Then as I continue to ask for manager or someone else, she gets rude like she is doing me a favor telling me that I have to either keep my food or let them remake it. So, now I am getting mad cause you mighty bold acting as if I did something wrong. I asked for someone else and after the girl telling me again that this next person was going to tell me the same thing, The second lady was nicer, and she said she would give my name to the manager Monica but I don’t see it happening. I was still very upset, but this second person was much nicer about the situation. I am so disappointed and disgusted. I have to possibly lose money because of employee not being in control of their hair, then told my only option is to have the same person make it and then do who knows what to my food cause now you made that you got to make my stuff over due to a complaint. I’m totally over it. And in case the company wants to verify my order was real and came from the Allen Park location, the order was for Kay ordered 3/21/22 around 3pm over the phone . Read moreLong time customer order weakly. I get things happen but when I get home and find out I get the wrong order and call and let them know. Not mad or any thing. Ready to bring it back for my legit order to be ready when I get there For them to put me on hold for 3 or 4 mins to tell me they said the cooks remembers making my oder but don't know what happened. I said cool things happen. Just want give a heads up so some one else don't call in complaining for to be told they can't have my food ready till I show up with the wrong oder to confirm, like I'm trying to bs or something. I legit was not mad or anything till I was told that. I get there busy and things happen but to be treated like I'm scamming them on trying to get my oder correct and possibly be ready for another person call be and be nasty and is wrong.

My order was incorrect once I got home. So I called and the “manager” stated it was incorrect on the order they had, so no exchange, even though none of the food was touched, besides to check for cheese. I also offered to bring it back for an even exchange. I was told there is nothing they could do. Poor Customer service, I’m just disappointed in the way the situation was handled. Overall, you should treat people how you would like to be treated.
