If you ever need help with your Verizon account, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I encountered serious issues due to the lack of professionalism—particularly from an employee named Jimmy.
He added a Travel Pass to my account and told me it would cost $100 per month for international use. However, when I returned from my trip, I discovered $1,400 in international charges. When I reached out for assistance to resolve the issue, Jimmy ignored my messages and provided no support.
This was the same representative who handled my phone upgrade and assured me there would be no additional charges or plan changes. Despite that, I was later billed $550 for an early upgrade fee, which was never disclosed and was described as a “zero-dollar transaction.”
Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with Verizon. The lack of honesty and accountability at this location has caused me significant frustration and financial inconvenience. I do not recommend...

Stacey immediately greeted us with a warm welcome, and even though it was right before closing time, she helped us without hesitation. I explained our needs and she gave me all the information I needed. We came in a few days later with our trade-ins, activation codes, transfer pins and we were in and out of the store in less than an hour! We now have brand new iPhones with cases and screen protectors. She was very helpful and we enjoyed a very pleasant conversation with her. After she helped me buy the phone and get a great deal on streaming services, she called back to let me know she had to reattach the great deal on my cell phone to my account. She let me know I had to come in to make sure to reattach the deal. It turned out she was right. She helped me also with one of the streaming services that I needed help setting up. I heartily recommend her as well as the other staff there, who were wonderful helping each other out as needed. It's a super group of people there....
