Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Allen Park

So usually this is the place to go in the morning. I’ve been coming here for years, everyone’s cool as heck - which is why I’m giving it a high rating.

The only issue is specifically something that occurred today, November 3rd of 2023 when some entitled menace of a human being in a red Chevy TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES to cut in front of a line of people. They literally just drove right up to the window like no one was behind them. And the people at the window just… took her order???? I’m sorry, but what? You just let people with big main character energy get away with that when they’re comedic side character at best?? Nope.

Never coming here again. Not at 4pm. 2pm? Maybe. 3pm? Too risky.

Please staff learn to knock people down a notch. We can’t let people in red chevys think they can cut in line. It’s rude, and the flex behind me agreed by leaving also after...

was here at 8:45 in the morning, was ordering my food n drink thru the drive thru and when i ordered she repeated my drink back wrong so i spoke up a little louder so she could hear me and after i ordered my food i was not yelling, just speaking louder for her to hear, she started yelling thru the speaker back to me, repeating everything back but shouting it thru the speaker on purpose and she woke my baby in the backseat 👎very childish and petty, if u got my order wrong when i first said it and I'm trying to tell u my order from the passenger, im going to speak up, dont need to be yelled at, and if i didnt have my baby in the back i wouldve confronted who said it at...

Highly dissatisfied! Took 15 mins to get two Turkey Harvarti Bragels. Was informed they were out of asiago so I said I'll take plain. Had to pay for extra cream cheese, which is fine..however, once I opened the wrapper it was on an everything bagel and barely a smear of cream cheese..why did I just pay extra and not receive it? This is the 3rd time in a row that there is barely any cream cheese. I will stop going to this location. Biggby owes me a free 3 bragels to make up for the lack of cream cheese and extra that I paid for. Since I waited so long for these, I wasn't waiting any longer for them to correct the issue, my patience was gone...
