I’ve been taking my daughter here almost regularly specially when we used to live in Allen. We moved farther north this time but we still go once in a while because my daughter loves it here. I booked a spot for 8:30-10 today (Friday) and we came around 930ish. I was in the reception for more or less than 10 minutes and no one was in front. My friend who was already inside with her children just told me to come in while I was waiting for anyone who’s working . She came out from the the office ( I’m assuming) with papers in her hands and I told her that we just came in because we had been waiting. Anyway, she asked me to sign the waiver, I told her I did it before ( right after the new owner requires a new waiver) Around 10:10ish, she asked me “nicely” that she’s fully booked for the next sessions and it’s Friday and if it’s just her, she would just let us stay specially it’s Friday and in school break. I was caught of guard. I know there’s a reservation for a reason.. But it’s the first time we’ve been “kicked out” in a playground. So we left around 10:15ish, unhappy and a little embarrassed that we were asked to leave. I was in the parking lot for a good 5 minutes and nobody came in! If she is fully booked for the next sessions, they would be inside already or in the parking lot. She was very fast locking the door out. We’ve been in Play Street Museum in Mckinney, Cheeky Monkey and Dino Kidz and has NEVER, NEVER ever ask to leave. She could’ve at least wait for me to ask if I could extend and I’m willing to pay extra but that didn’t happen. So, it’s my...

Admission is $15 per child, and worth every penny! This was our first visit to Play Street Museum, and I was thoroughly impressed by how clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in.
My 3-year-old had the time of his life, he was completely captivated by the train table and would’ve stayed there all day if he could! We’ll definitely be purchasing a 5-play pass next time since we’re only three minutes away. This is the perfect go-to spot for families with kids 8 and under.
The museum features an adorable, kid-sized airplane complete with pilot costumes, a pretend pet hotel, and an array of arts and crafts activities (available for a small additional fee). They also offer snacks and drinks, plus ample seating for parents to relax while their little ones play.
A few tips: morning slots tend to fill up quickly (especially at this and nearby locations), so I highly recommend visiting on a weekday afternoon for a more relaxed experience.
If you’re looking for a clean, imaginative, and well-run play space that sparks creativity and keeps kids engaged, this place is a must-visit. A fantastic way to...
Read moreToday I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my daughter’s birthday at this wonderful place, and I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully organized, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was clearly given the highest level of care, which made the celebration feel truly special.
The service we received was outstanding. Katie, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. She was attentive not only to the children but also to all of our guests, making sure everyone felt welcomed, comfortable, and included throughout the celebration. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail really stood out and made a meaningful difference.
I am genuinely so happy that I chose this location to celebrate such an important occasion for my daughter. The professionalism, care, and warmth we experienced exceeded my expectations in every way.
Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect place to host a special event. It is a space where wonderful memories are created, and I am grateful for the joy it brought to our family on this very...
