Pho broth is so good. I got both beef and chicken, and enjoying the chicken soup the following day right now. Both taste fresh and clean and savory and perfect for a chilly day. I love how you can customize ALL the ingredients when ordering online. I got it to go, and there were some people dining inside-- I have to say it's bright and spotless. And what I really liked was how the food was packed-- the broth in a solid heatproof container, and the noodles+meat in a separate container, all in a crisp compostable bag. You just pour the soup in the perfectly sized bowl when you're ready, and it's ready to be eaten! Much better than trying to pry all the fixings out of a Styrofoam box (at pretty much all other places) to put into your soup container, that then overfills and is difficult to eat out of. Whoever decided to pack it this way is a pro. This was the first time I tried this place, and I will definitely be a repeat customer-- it also helps that the location is great, right next to everything-- for me, on my way from work and 10 minutes from my house. Read moreI am going to preface this review by saying that it's not about the quality of the food but the exchange we had with with the "cashier dude". Got to this restaurant around 2 pm (expecting that it was after the conventional lunch hour and it wouldn't be too crowded). Place wasn't too packed and got up to the counter to place our order when I heard the "cashier dude" explaining to someone on the phone that they had to wait an hour to pick up their order. "Cashier dude" went on that it was because they were backed up with orders from the different online delivery services. I asked the "cashier dude" if sit-down customers would also have to wait an hour for our food as well and his reply was -- it depends, there was no wait if I ordered soup. Maybe it was his poor attempt at being humorous but it just came across silly to a couple of first time customers who will never be coming back. Went back to the tried and tested Pho Que Huong instead -- fast and efficient service with pretty good food... and hey... they have...

They serve delicious pho noodle bowls, beef or chicken pho, fried rice and noodle dish and authentic Bun Bo Hey (Spicy Hue Pho). I came for a pho but saw they have a good looking bun bo hue. Gave it a try and it was good. Spiciness level at 9 but you can ask spicy level 5 or 6. I might have to come by for beef pho and summer shrimp rolls for full review.
