Binah Winery — Attraction in Allentown

I tasted all of Binah Winery’s wines in mid-November and was astonished with their quality! This rather new enterprise is beyond up-and-coming. It has already arrived! Award-winning wines in every sense, i.e. clean, fresh and vibrant. It is rare to find a winery whose every wine is pleasing to the palate, from the Viognier (a difficult grape with which to achieve success) to the Chardonnay, the white blends, and the Moscato. I became a believer after 1 Shabbat dinner with Binah. My favorite varietals are the Rose and Traminette. They are rich and complex, as are all of the Binah varietals I have tried. The prices are quite reasonable, and the quality is top notch.
