I usually don't leave reviews but I must say this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The shop manager was rude and sarcastic when I asked why it's been an entire month and the repairs have yet to been made on my laptop. When we dropped off the lab top we were told the lab top would be ready in 3 days time a week went by and no phone call. We called in for an update and they couldn't even find our information. Once they finally found it we're notified that they made a mistake and the piece needed was not available and had to be ordered (Never did they state this was coming from China ). We call once again and are left on hold for 25 minutes as they look up the information frustrated i hang up and call back only for the phone to ring multiple times before going to voicemail. This happened repeatedly 3 times before i gave up and drove down to the location only to find out the customer service in store is just as bad. All he could say is you can check the status of your laptop at the website located at the bottom of the receipt. I'll be honest I did not notice that on the receipt but either way being told 3 days to now a month later and still not having the repair don't is rediculous. This is also not information (status updates) that was provided by employees when we called in. I went in to fix my cracked screen on galaxy note 20 ultra in rose gold last month, it took them about a week to get it fixed, I paid $385 to receive my screen fixed but my phone was a complete different color it's now black including my pen, & camera with no samsung logo and the back and its made from china and is starting to detach off of my phone oddly enough I checked the IMEI number because I believed they gave me someone else's phone but it was all correct . I asked the guy in front what happened and his excuse was they couldn't find a similar rose gold back, I asked what happened to mines and there was no explanation towards a reasoning to what happened to my phone his excuse was they couldn't find the rose gold, I took it upon myself to check Amazon and they have it for $30!!!, told the guy in the front and he smiled and said "it's not the same" which I believe now because im sure they took mine to sell it forward , I am not a confrontational person so I let it go, which I shouldn't have! But DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THE same day a girl came in with her back coming off as well. They robbed me for my "exclusive phone color" and had no reasoning for it and to accommodate my frustration they gave me a cheap $10 screen cover that did not fit my phone and completely came off the same day. Read moreI want to preface that I previously had two good experiences here. I was in over the summer for a keyboard issue where my key had popped off my laptop and they fixed it in about a day and a half. Second time I was in for a cleaning for my charger port on my phone, took them a half hour and was only about $20. This time was drastically different and I am left very disappointed and dissatisfied! I had the exact same issue as my first visit where this time my "A" key had popped off. I dropped it off mid-day Monday but didn't get it back until Friday and ONLY because I insisted I needed it back in time for college! I was in contact with the shop everyday regarding the progress on its repair and seemed to only get the runaround; always an excuse or always telling me they'd give me a call the next day, but never doing so. The only times I ever got any info on its progress was when I would call in or go there in person. I paid the amount I was quoted for if they fixed the key, only to come home shortly after to discover it wasn't fully fixed!
