Caffe Antico — Restaurant in Alpharetta

My husband and I went to have a coffee and a dessert after catching a 7pm movie. We arrived at 9:20 and was told they closed at 10. When we ordered a decafe coffee we were told that they were out. So we asked for 2 regular coffees and were told that that too wasn't an option. When I asked why, I was told they had already poured out all of their regular and decafe coffee because it was time to close. Other customers were behind us and left. Also the ones who stuck around were ignored by the staff because they were too busy closing up. I asked for cream for my coffee and was directed to pour it out of a cup located on the counter (again they had already put all of that away).

Dessert was good but the customer service was lack luster. It's not good business to close up if your still supposed to be open for 40 mins. Otherwise, close at 9. Needless to say, I...

I've never had to write a review before...but like the guy below me said! The staff isn't as friendly as the location in Atlanta. The manager is nice...but from the moment I walked in...the cashier was very rude! I believe she said her name was Leyeena Auyumos she's a larger female, PRican, with short hair. Don't go to her line if you ever eat here... She treated us like crap and belittled us when we misprounced words to order our food. (The menu was in Italian lol) I'm not mad at her tho... I would be rude too if I had to endure taking orders all day with the constant yelling of numbers in my ear. Her attitude just lowers the class of the restaurant and I expected better. I'm sure this isn't the first time someone has complained about her. Anyways...the pizza and gelato was great. Just avoid that pizza cashier and try not to butcher the names...

I went to get coffee around 7pm cause it was freezing out. The girl at the cashier station looked like she honestly did not want to be there. Me and my boyfriend were looking at the coffee menu and the first thing she says is "Are you here for pizza?". Like we were idiots. Granted the pizzeria was next door but she acted like we had no idea what we were doing. I asked her if they had mochas and looked at me like I was bothering her. She just listed off all the types of coffee they had like I was an idiot. Also her she was leaning over the cash register station with he hand under her head like she was tired. The coffee I ordered with my boyfriend was pretty good but the service didn't match. This place needs to watch the attitude of the staff. It ruins...
