Orangetheory Fitness — Attraction in Alpharetta

I purchased a package at the Roswell location and used all my classes and loved it. I then moved and purchased a new package at the Alpharetta studio. And I recommended it to so many friends. I used a few classes and then injured my back during one of the exercises. I had to stop exercising and go to physical therapy and rest. I wasn't able to exercise again for a little over a year. When I wanted to go back to OT and finish my package and purchase more I was told because it was over a year that they expired. I explained the situation and even called 2x and asked to speak to the owner. I did not get a call back and was told by the manager that they would not refund my money or allow me to use the classes I had purchased. Needless to say I was shocked. Why??? Why wouldn't they want me to use my already purchased classes especially knowing that I would purchase more. I even called corporate and left messages with no response. It's a fun and good workout but this treatment...

As a frequent traveler, I have been to many OTF studios -- and this one here in Alpharetta is my absolute favorite. The staff is amazing; the studio manager, Nixy, works extremely hard to make each visitor and member feel welcomed and encouraged.. She also organizes social events for us members to enjoy and mingle among one another outside of the studio which I find to be great for fostering the friendships we've already made there in class as well as meeting new people who don't normally attend during the same times. The front desk personnel are always friendly. The coaches are engaging and provide great feedback. The studio and amenities are always clean, and the atmosphere is always so much fun! This place feels like home to me and is such a great place to be! I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Orange Theory Fitness and my friends here...

Me and my husband enjoyed working out at OT. However, when canceling the membership, it was a nightmare! Its like they never want to let you go. We had to jump through hoops to get our membership canceled - first call them, then email the manager twice, then personally remind the onsite staff twice. The email was done well before 30 days however they said they had already run a charge for the next month so we had to do one more month of OT. Finally when we left thinking we would not be charged again, the membership fee continues to be charged to our card well beyond 3 months of us discontinuing. No calls have been returned and membership canceled. I had to dispute through the credit cardcompany which means I have to check every month if they charged me and dispute. I would NOT recommend this place for reasons...
