Bought a scratch and dent refrigerator from Andrew at Sonny's in October. Very nice fridge, frigidaire, however, from the moment it was delivered, I started having issues with it keeping the right temp. The freezer didn't get below 25 degrees and the fridge never cooled below low 40's. I waited a few days just to make sure it had enough time to adjust but it just didn't cool enough. I called Andrew and told him what I was dealing with, and since the fridge was under warranty, he had a technician come out to repair it. The tech indicated that during the installation process, the fan that's suppose cooled the compressor had disengaged. The tech repaired it at no cost. I wish I could say that was the issue, but unfortunately it didn't resolve the problem. I stopped by the store to let Andrew know the fridge was still not working properly. Andrew his dad said they will make it right, and called frigidaire and stayed on hold with them for over an hour just to get them to answer his call. They again sent out a technician, and still weren't able to fix the problem. Long story short, I contacted Andrew again, he realized how frustrating this had become, not only did he replace the fridge, he upgraded me to a new GE refrigerator, much better than what I purchased, had it delivered and set up at no additional cost. In a time where customer services has become non-existent, Sonny's demonstrated how to deal with an issue a customer has and resolve it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Read moreBought 2 washer dryer stackable units. I ordered over the phone and Andy was pretty nice guy and he ordered them for me and setup for delivery. On day of delivery I called in and got his father who was extremely rude to me on the phone and decided to tell me how things worked. All I asked him was what time he thought the truck might arrive. I ended up hanging up on him because he was so rude I couldn't stand to listen to him anymore. Anyway about an hour later delivery driver called and he was at my house. I told him he was supposed to deliver to my business and he was in the wrong place. He then came to my business. The driver was very nice and accommodating. After washer and dryer were installed I realized that I had the only washers on earth that didn't have a rinse and spin mode and I use that mode several times a day. I called Andy and he said they must have rinse and spin and was shocked they didn't. He said he would call his rep and see what they might be able to do. I didn't hear back from him so I called him a couple days later and he said he hadn't heard back from rep and he would try again to see if they might swap them out. I never heard from him again and I figure at this point I'm just stuck with them. I wouldn't buy from him again because you never know what you'll get and neither does he. Read moreI will never use this Company or any of it's services again. I wanted to pick up and bring home myself. Salesman told my husband that it's better if they deliver and haul away, plus they guarantee proper installation so my husband agreed. When the delivery guy came he told me my cold water handle had rust and a "slow drip". Next day my daughters room was flooded, obviously more than a slow drip. I was never told I needed a plumber out immediately or ASAP, I was advised to get some spray to remove rust. I was also not made aware that my washer was connected but valves left off due to this excessive leak that may have been to old pipes or excessive force. Regardless, when i called to make them aware and ask that they communicate better since this "proper installation " is now costing me double what I paid for the washer. I was told by someone who just doesn't want to take any responsibility, including lack of communication, that it's my old rusty pipes. Which it may play a part, however the severity of the damage should have been explained better and not just have us sign a waiver removing his responsibility. $750 for emergency repair of 2 handles plus damage to my daughters brand new carpet. I have no clue the cost for cleaning or replacement yet. I would not recommend this place and if you do, DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR DELIVERY IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN AND THERE IS NO REAL GUARANTEE FOR PROPER...
