Ok I go to this location frequently, and order the SAME Hamburger. NO KETCHUP WITH ONLY ONIONS, PICKLES AND MUSTARD. TODAY I mobile ordered and I SWEAR I deselected the ketchup option. I pick up my food and drive to my location and open it and it's a cheeseburger. So that's completely wrong. I can't have cheese. I return it. The girl takes the burger to the back and INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO ME TRY TO TELL HER WHAT'S WRONG, she tells the grill it's supposed to have NO CHEESE. I get the second burger and it's got ketchup. If I screwed up my bad. I go back inside and tell her this second sandwich is wrong, it's supposed to have no ketchup. She proceeded to argue about my MISTAKE. I PROMISE I deselected it but for whatever reason it didn't show. Ok my bad. But fix it!! She's not interested in doing anything but arguing about how KETCHUP wasn't deselected on my app. FINALLY, as if she's doing me a favor, even though they messed up the FIRST TIME, she goes and makes the sandwich. I LITERALLY hear her in the back telling EVERYBODY how I didn't order the sandwich correctly. She calls customers"HON" EVERYBODY IS "HON". WHAT she should have done? When I first came in with the burger that they screwed up on, ask me, "MA'AM WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ON THIS BURGER"? I would have told her, "NO KETCHUP" but she wasn't listening and kept saying "I got you" no ma'am you didn't get me at all. I asked you for BBQ SAUCE AND YOU GAVE ME ZESTY SAUCE. Came here today via drive thru to receive the mobile order I placed before entering. Had one car in front of me that was ordering. Waited 10 mins before the driver ahead of me shrugged, and left the drive-thru.
I pulled up to the mic to get my mobile order, staff told me to hold on for a minute. I waited 5+ minutes just for someone to even respond to me as i kept saying hello. Nobody ever came back on the mic to even confirm my mobile order so I pulled right up to the window (first driver had instantly left)
Inside was a manager and some young kid. No other staff members. Completely daydreaming while bagging items with complete disregard to any customers around them or in drive-thru.
I stood at the window for another 2-3 minutes watching the staff bag orders right in front of me without ever even checking the drive-thru window.
I had to rev my car up just for someone in the building to finally hear me through the window they left open so they could respond.
I told the staff at the window that I had a mobile order. Turns out the whole time my previously placed order was in a separate bag just waiting for me. All they had to do was pour drinks and hand me my order, and this entire ordeal and waiting for the person before me enduring the same disaster left me sitting there for over 30mins, presumably with colder food for however much of that time it was sitting.

My initial interaction, with what I would guess was the asistant manager, was the only exception. I was attempting to place an order through the Burger King app. The door was cracked slightly open to the dining room while I finished the order from outside. He walked inside, around me, and said under his breath rather rudely, "keep the door shut,". A helpful tip: making an account on their app is a great way to save a ton of money. Every order will earn you rewards points that you can use towards free items in future orders. They also have daily offers for everyone that does not require points. These offers change daily. You can only apply one a day towards an order. However, you will still earn rewards points even if you use one of these offers. Examples include: free french fries, buy one get one free for certain items, 10-25% off your entire order, and more. you earn rewards points and get access to special offers and deals, thus saving you money. You can also choose to pick it up inside, curbside pickup, or through the drive-thru. It was nice to see a Burger King finally open, as every time I have tried to order from other locations recently, they have been closed in the middle of the day. I'm not sure why that is, but they would definitely get more business business from me if they were open more frequently.
